Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

Can't recommend Mega Fancy Dress highly enough! Ordered two days before christmas eve at nearly 4pm,in a last minute panic-arrived next day! Fantastic range of costumes and excellent value for money too,will definitely be using these guys again!

Item ordered 21st for New Year’s eve, never arrived!! tracking number not recognised & offices closed (surely the time of year would warrant a business of this nature to be there for its customer) told today 10 days for a refund & no apology proffered

Mega Fancy Dress are absolutely fantastic, so helpful. Special thanks to Abigail who is an expert in customer service! I ordered a Star Trek top which was dispatched so fast! But it was too big, (my fault not theirs!) so I sent it back to exchange for the smaller size, which was done in double quick time. The top is great quality, just fine! This has been an all round superb experience. Thanks Abigail and Mega Fancy Dress I thoroughly recommend you without reservation.

Fabulous costume my son looked the part for his ancient Egyptian day fast Delivery got before expected time. Would recommend to others.

Started off ok with the order, arrived a few days later, wasn’t for me so sent it back (record delivery) sent back 11th Nov well inside the 14day policy, after a few days I emailed asking if they had received as Royal Mail online tracker saying it wasn’t, I sent Mega Fancy Dress the conformation it had been sent back as I didn’t want to be at fault for it not coming back in time for refund (sent on 7th, 2-3 day delivery via Royal Mail meant it would arrive the latest 9th, still within the date I bought the product on 27th Oct) I then email again asking if received as no refund and they advise me received 15th Nov and refund would be processed - week later still no refund, this was down to an “admin error”. A partial refund was then in my account today of £18.90.
£18.90 is 10% less of the value of the item I bought, I’m outraged because I did everything to keep them up to date, apologise on behalf of the Royal Mail and chase it up, but yet the company can be so small minded not to accept any of that and still deduct 10% of the purchase price.
Also, why do I not have a refund for the delivery? No where on your website says you do or do not refund delivery costs.
May be a small complaint but never less it’s disgusting the company does that.

Loved my outfit 👍 It was so comfortable and everyone commented on how classy my Cheryl Cole outfit looked. I’m a size 12 but felt amazing and sexy in this outfit😁 very happy and highly recommend.

Service was very fast and efficient. Item I ordered was the slightly larger size dress 9-10 for my 8 yr old. This seemed to fit perfect. I would advise therefore to go for the larger size up. Quality was good. I would definitely use this service again.

Ordered 2 Halloween costumes the day before Halloween.. paid a bit extra to have them delivered by 1pm the next day.. was so glad there was this option and they arrived in good time and I was really pleased with the costumes.. great quality and great service. Will definitely use in the future.

I ordered a costume for Halloween for my daughter, it arrived but was huge, I returned it at via Royal Mail tracked at my own cost for and exchange. I Emailed to see if the exchange had been posted and was informed the original hadn’t been received, when I checked the tracking it had been received 2 days before. I was told via email as I had provided proof of postage the replacement would be sent out straight away. 5 days passed the Halloween party came and went and still no costume. I emailed asking for a refund, I was given a part refund! So I’m almost £9 out of pocket and the costume was never sent!!!
I will never order from here again
