I would certainly recommend your company. The costume arrived earlier than stated which was great as needed for school trip. The costume was of really good quality and the fit was great. Also great prize. will use you again. Thanks

This company sent my fancy dress outfit…

This company sent my fancy dress outfit immediately, the costume was great just like what they are advertising. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone who's looking to buy costumes. I buy costumes for my grandkids all the time, book day Halloween etc and will definitely use these. Great work

Goods delivered eventually after a lot…

Goods delivered eventually after a lot of confusion. We paid for DPD delivery, the acknowledgment said sent via Royal Mail, which we cloud not receive at the location. On contacting the company was met with a number of we only use Royal Mail comments, so why charge extra for DPD?
To cut a long story short, eventually the company did advise the courier would be DPD, but not one utterance of apology that they were wrong and the cause of a lot of upset.

However the adviser did correct themselves after their first email and provided a screenshot of your DPD tracking number, only three emails were received by yourself. We do hope you will be a returning customer.

Quick service

Quick service, decent product at a fair price. It would be nice to have some sort of deal for shipping costs when you spend over 'X' amount as I bought 6 costumes and had to pay the same shipping on each item.
