Ordered a replacement Jug in July. It was on back order, expected late September. Chased them up early November... No reply.

Megahome used to source distillers from Taiwan, the URL now redirects to waterpure with distillers manufactured in PRC.

I would advise you buy from h2olabs as their distillers (same as Megahome distillers) are manufactured in Taiwan.

You can also get spare parts for your megahome distiller at h2olabs.

I placed an order for a distiller at the end of Feb and was told that the item would be delivered early March. I’ve received nothing, not even an email to let me know what’s going on or a reply to my query via their online form (which appears to be the only means of contacting them).

Edit - I was contacted and advised that shipment has been delayed. Hopefully my product will be with me by the end of the month.

The distiller itself is great BUT, it dies after 12 months and I’m not the only one that seems to have this issue. I’ve only had mine for two years, purchased in December 2022, and it died last December, although the company did repair it, and has now died again. So it’s not very cost efficient to replace a bottom unit every 12 months.

Shame the website and email are no longer functioning as now it’s borderline impossible to get in contact with the previous sellers for any repairs.

So difficult to get in contact with Megahome Uk. Therefore, does anyone know where you can get repairs done for the Megahome water distiller in the UK? I had mine for nearly two years but THE RESET BUTTON NO LONGER WORKS and I’m unsure where I can get this fixed under warranty?
Since I could not get hold of Megahome UK I have tried to fix the problem myself but I can’t remember how to asambley back the parts together. Please advise. Thanks

I have had my distiller for 5 years now but unfortunately its failing to distil the water into the jug. Maybe its the fuse which I have taken out. Where can I purchase a new one?

Does anyone know where you can get repairs done for the Megahome water distiller in the UK? We’ve had ours just over a year and it’s been great but the reset button no longer works and I’m unsure where I can get this fixed under warranty? Or whether I can fix this myself as the company no longer exists? Thanks

I have been using Megahome distiller for 3 years now it was working perfectly fine. For the last 2 weeks, the front button has not been working so I can't use it at this moment. I can't find their contact detail for repair or an email address where I could ask for some help. If someone could help me with that I would be very grateful. Many thanks

The megahome distiller 316 marine grade is brilliant, easy to use and is a must if you have bad quality water in your area. However the megahome distiller website is not available nor are the parts and having had one just over a year I cannot find where to get parts or a replacement!!
There was also a guarantee to fix or replace it if needed. Can Megahome please get in touch and advise! Use daily now without!

I have spoken with Sharon on many occasions and bought 2 in the past and just now noticed the mentioning of ceased trading. Is the domain/website available? How can I contact you?

I have had my Megahome distiller for just over 2 years and it has been great. Unfortunately I the glass jug cracked after hitting a corner sharply. I have been going unto their Web page every single day since February 2024 to order a new glass jug but I kept seeing that it was out of stock. Now they are no longer trading. What are customers supposed to do with a £200 machine with no jug? Or a reliable source to buy the charcoal bags? Extremely gutted as this is an item that was used daily in my household. I am a bit skeptical about buying a jug from Amazon after reading some of the reviews.

I have been using my Megahome distiller for around six/seven years and it still works as good as new. I have two large jugs, so the distiller is working on a daily basis. Other items that I regularly purchase are Formula 56 which is minerals that I add, charcoal filters and cleaning powder. All come at reasonable prices and good deliveries. I constantly recommend Megahome products to my friends and family.
