Love my Mega Mounts products, bought car vent holder years ago and still use it 3 years on. New phone recently so I just bought a pair of new magnets to use with my original holder. Highly recommended, great product great company.

Great for cars with hard suspension! Phone doesn't fall off or move no matter how many bumps you drive over. Great holder.

I was recommended getting a Mega Mount by my Daughter after unsuccessfully trying out 2 other phone holders that just didn’t work out, so I’m glad to say I’m absolutely happy with my Mega Mount and no problems with it ‘popping’ out of the air vent.

Quick to take your money very very slow response when they mess up.
Ordered 2 new metal contacts 1 arrived with a sticky back the other didn't so emailed them 2 days later I got a email stating that this is the policy to send 1 with a adhesive sticker & the other 1 without ? Fired a email stating it doesn't state this .Still no response my advice is shop around there's better phone mounts than these people

Ordered the CD mount to replace my old one that I had but wasn’t too happy with the quality as it doesn’t seem as strong as the previous one I had. Emailed in to get no response whatsoever. Used to love this company but guess they don’t care anymore

The customer service is terrible. Previously I have had three megamount’s I’ve tried to return the last one as it will not fit into my CD slot, so I asked to return and swap the product for the windscreen mount. Unfortunately all I got was a generic email directing me to the returns page. I clicked on the page to return and was greeted by a message saying the page was unavailable. I have sent two further emails asking for help and heard nothing. Hopefully somebody will see this complaint and assist me to swap the megamount’s.

I recently purchased a Mega Mount after a recommendation off a friend and it’s perfect! No complaints and they also added a little bag of sweets with my delivery which I thought was a brilliant little touch. Will definitely be recommending.

Fantastic mount. Can’t believe it has taken me so long to get one. Magnets are so strong even through a case and the mount is nice and discreet.

Arrived with the sticky section already exposed so would effectively not stick to my dash. Have used mega mounts in the past with normally no issues however this time was not up to scratch.
