Don't Buy From Them!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered a coat in December and am still trying to get a refund. Absolutely no response despite at least five emails. The material of the coat was terrible.

Don’t do it!!

Don’t do it!!! The pictures are beautiful online, but the product is cheap China fabric with an “Asian” fit. Took over a month for product to be received (shipped from overseas), and the return process was ridiculous!!! Over two months later and I still haven’t received a refund. They seem polite in emails, but just are dismissing you and hoping you give up. Stay away!!!!!

Classic bait and switch

I ordered an Amelie coat from Megan and Lauren at the end of December, after seeing their very professional-looking advertising. I received a coat, tightly stuffed into a plastic bag, from China in mid-January. The coat looked absolutely nothing like the ad, was unlined and made of cheap, ugly material, nothing like the attractive, fluffy-looking coat in the ad. I immediately emailed them, saying I was unhappy and wanted to return it for a refund. I have tons of correspondence with them, including pictures I took, etc. They kept negotiating with me for days, offering various discounts at their store, and I kept insisting I would return the coat to a US address (since no mention was made anywhere in their web site of China) for a full refund, which they eventually agreed to. They received the coat, which I have proof of, and of course I have heard nothing from them since. I am now working on a reversal of the charge with my credit card company.

I would stay far away from this company, although their web site appears tempting and they seem, at first glance, to be reputable. Note that there is no street address in Nashville for Megan and Lauren, nor has the phone company ever heard of them. They do have a really nice-looking web site, which shows pictures of people shopping at a storefront, but it does not appear to exist. I also believe my emails were answered by a bot, so I suspect the whole shooting match is in China. They also claimed to have a 30 day money-back no-hassle refund policy. It was a big hassle!

Broken product, no response

I received 2 jackets at Christmas. The zipper is broken on one and the other is literally a piece of fabric with a hem- no seams, no edges, no form. I have attempted to reach them MULTIPLE times with proof since Christmas with ZERO response. I attempted on their website and via email. 10times I've reached out and I still have product I cannot wear with no response.

Bought a coat from them for $120

Bought a coat from them for $120. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. I am four emails in and have heard nothing from them. Looking to just return it at this point. NO customer service whatsoever.

Be Aware of Return Policy to China

This is part of my response to megansndlauren customer service today:
I would never pay $76 for this jacket had I seen it in person; it gives quite the cheap impression, the buttons are awful.
I think it would be fairer for your customers if you accepted returns to Nashville and then did bulk mailings back to China.
In any case, I am not interested in a store credit because I cannot judge the quality of your merchandise remotely.
I will donate the item to Goodwill …

Do not buy their products!

I gave them 1 star, but would give them a zero. I ordered a coat in Dec. 2025. What I received was not as pictured in the add. It is thin and flimsy, poorly made. I would not pay $10 for this, let alone the $84.95 that I was charged. I contacted them twice for a return and refund. Have not heard from them at all. Do not buy their products!

No returns

I bought a coat for my wife. Didn't fit her properly. I've emailed them twice with no response about a return. Been waiting for 2 weeks, nothing. I would never buy from them again.
* Update. Changing it to one star. I finally heard back from them and they said "oh you're over 30 days out we can't do anything for you." After trying for weeks to get a response from them. Such a scam! Avoid these people.

Great service

I ordered the Amelie coat, it is a great coat. There was one problem with the shipping but the customer support informed me about it and it was great

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM

BUYER BEWARE. I received a coat I was excited to get but discovered the pockets are visibly different distances from the center zipper - very poorly tailored and made. I contacted the company 3 times before hearing back and finally got a response from Megan, who I assume is the owner. She offered a partial store credit if I did not want to send back the coat otherwise she said it was going to be $40 for me to return the coat. I had provided photos with a tape measure showing the issue with the pockets. I told her I did not want to store credit ($80 for $130 flawed coat!) because I did not want to risk this issue happening again. She said it was going to be $40 for me to return this coat to China. I told her that did not seem appropriate since this was their tailoring mistake. She eventually stopped responding to me after I told her to go ahead and send me the return information. We have reported the business to the BBB and also to our credit card company.
I own a business, this is not how you do business. If your product or service is flawed, you need to make it right with your customer. This company does not know how to do that or care to do that.

Do not trust Megan & Lauren

I bought 2 ladies tunic length sweaters. The actual sweater looks nothing like advertised. I ordered 2XL because I like extra roomy, loose fit. I received a crop length and would be lucky if it measures a US size M. I feel duped, the product shipped from China and when tried to return there was no communication to be able to return. Buyer beware! This is not a reputable supplier.
