Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify my position once again, as the allegation of multiple account usage does not logically apply to my case.
I clearly confirm that I have only one personal account and have never created or operated multiple accounts. I fully cooperated during verification and answered all questions honestly. At no point did I admit to using multiple personal accounts.
Importantly, I would like to highlight that I have never taken or used any bonus on the platform. Multiple account misuse is generally associated with bonus abuse; however, since I did not claim any bonus, there was no incentive, benefit, or logical reason for me to use more than one account. This makes the allegation inconsistent with my actual activity.
Additionally, my account was not restricted during losses, but it was blocked after a winning period, which raises concerns about consistency and fairness in applying the Terms. Furthermore, despite claims to the contrary, my deposited amount has not been returned, and no verifiable refund proof has been shared with me.
I am not seeking special treatment. I respectfully request transparency and evidence-based review, including:

Verification delayed



My verification has been pending for over 1.5 years with zero responses, zero updates they just completely ignore you like you don't exist.

I stupidly filled in random fake details when signing up (and now the profile can't be edited at all), and their so-called security team demands real documents matching that nonexistent info. How on earth am I supposed to produce proof for made-up details that don't exist anywhere?

I've provided everything else: linked phone number which is on my name, email I fully control, all crypto deposit receipts and transaction proofs showing the account is mine.

But nothing matters – they ghost you and refuse to verify.

Thank you for your previous response. Unfortunately, the situation has not progressed at all.

After providing the document you requested, I have received no response whatsoever from your security department. There has been no confirmation of receipt, no update, and no clarification, while my account remains restricted and my funds inaccessible.

I have cooperated in good faith throughout this process and have repeatedly explained that the specific certificate you are requesting is not realistically obtainable in Canada, especially given my current medical condition following surgery but even with that my doctor provided me that . Despite this, your team continues to insist on the same requirement and then remains completely silent once documents are submitted.

This lack of communication gives the clear impression that my account is being intentionally blocked without transparency.

The continued pressure to provide sensitive medical documentation, followed by silence, is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding proportionality and respect for customer rights and privacy.

I've been dealing with Megapari for over 1.5 years now, and my account verification is still pending with absolutely no progress. From the beginning, I clearly explained multiple times that the initial details I entered were random/test data just to explore the platform – there are no real documents because the information never existed.

Despite repeating this over and over in support tickets, the security team keeps asking for the same impossible documents and then goes completely silent. No proper response, no explanation, no solution – just endless automated replies or nothing at all.

My funds have been stuck this entire time. 1.5 years of waiting, chasing, and getting ignored is unacceptable. It feels like they're deliberately holding money hostage while refusing to communicate or show any flexibility.

This is by far the worst customer support and verification process I've ever experienced on any betting site. No empathy, no accountability.

I am now forced to escalate this to Curacao eGaming (their licensing authority), file complaints with Indian cyber crime and consumer authorities, and warn others publicly.

Strongly advise everyone to stay away from Megapari until they fix their broken system and start treating customers properly.

verification and payment not possible

I have already put one review, but I have to do another one. People, don't pay on this site, they don't want to pay you and verify the account. In my case, 10 days ago I sent the requested documents, only for the support team to tell me that they needed new documents, after that I send new documents that took them 3 days to review, after that they call and ask for a bank statement, which of course I duly sent, so that today they ask for a driver's license again, which of course I sent again. The fact is that Megapari does not want to pay and verify the account without any reason. It is shameful to treat the user like this.This procces took 10 days guys gor verification!!!
And just to be clear i won guys like 400e,I didnt won like 2milions so they check me for 10 days!
This is big scamm guys!!
