Un SAV au Top
Achat en ligne d'une ORVIS Encounter en juin 2022 (prix le plus bas du web vécu en plus une remise de "bienvenue").
Casse du dernier sillon de la canne mi août 2024 en action de pêche .... 26 mois après la date de facturation ... donc la garantie bye bye...
Mais qui ne tente rien n'a rien !
Un appel au shop, un mail au sav, envoi de la procédure (n° de serie, photos, explications de la casse...) ... et surprise !!!
Prise en charge du changement du sillon par Orvis annoncé 10 jours apres la declaration de SAV.
Réception le 19 novembre, Ok c'est long mais pour 0€ fdp compris, c'est TOP !
Encore merci aux équipes de Megapeche pour la prise en charge de la procédure de SAV chez Orvis, au TOP.
