I paid for next day delivery on Sunday and my order has not arrived as at close of play on Tuesday. The ordering process should make clear that Sundays and bank holidays will prevent express next day delivery before the order is placed. A customer should be able to see the exact date of delivery based on the proposed order at the point of confirming the order, rather than having to check separate section. Much more customer focused. Thank you

Website states, spend over £30 for free delivery, you actually need to spend over £60.
Also states 'order by 14:30 monday to thursday for next day delivery', my order was on a tuesday, it arrived on the saturday via royalmail48.
Customer service is non-existent.

What a great little product. Never used a cock ring before n it took a bit of trial n error to sus out the best way to get it on( for us it was either put it on before erect or a semi, lube n stretch it over the penis then kind of pull it through.. be careful. 2 person job, lol
