Wouldn’t waste your money on this site - signed up, set a deposit limit, deposited several times with no return, and I mean not even like a £1 win. Then realised they had let me deposit over the limit I had set - which is just irresponsible.

I’m not sure exactly what the sister sites are, but I think they might have let me open this account whilst excluded.

The platform doesn’t open games on my iPhone browser - so had to play in Google chrome.

Megaways have rebranded under a new name called Bally's casino. They don't tell you this so you think you are joining a brand new site. Then the trouble begins. You register then get told your blocked. A message then says you have to log in with your megaways login details.After several attempts with live chat who are totally incompetent they are then refusing to deal with you because your card number and phone number may have changed which is the case for me. I'm getting spoken to like an idiot and these jobsworths won't even give me a complaints email address in case it breaks data protection. Really! Stay away from both these sites. They are unreal and not worth your time and effort

They are horrible and hopeless honestly, this site is the worst of all. I never had it on any site before to have that such little withdrawals like here. Unfortunately lost of more than 3.5k I have to say don’t play here the rtp’s are horrible they just mentally winding you up like u almost had a feature but just one symbol missed or landed one away etc. jackpot spin chance again after 3.5k I had a King jackpot spin 2x both occasions I won £18. Any free spins or bonus features landed most of the spins just wasted away then the game freezes (I’m talking about 4-5different games at least). I have a negative experience with this site, I played on it, won, logged in the next day, but for some reason I could not log in, I had to restore the password through support. When I restored access, there was no money on my account, I looked at the transactions, someone put them on payment. I reported this to support, to which they said that it was I who put them on a payment. But this is a lie, some person from their support who has access to personal information, restored the password from my account and withdrew my money to his bank account. THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING. And they said it was all my fault. They either have problems with the database, and all the data of people are stolen up to the method and deposit amount, because these data are needed to reset the password via online chat, or someone is stealing in the support itself.

Complete scam. Please don’t waste your money on this site. It’s by far the worst of any I’ve played on. You shouldn’t be able to predict the outcome of any slot game but as soon as you raise your bet even 10/20p higher the slots will then start to deadspin you. I have had a great experience with megaways. After my second deposit I received a bonus which I won over £80 I then tried to withdraw £70 and couldn't believe by the time I shut the app down the money was in my BANK! wow! Playing for a few months. I accept the site will always win but become quite suspicious of Slingo games and Casino Solitaire. Slingo you can always argue is a slot but the Solitaire deal is absolutely not random in my opinion and I would love Megaways to come on here and tell me otherwise. It is based on a game that is randomly dealt and takes a house commission anyway so I don't understand the need to give an engineered, not-random-at-all arrangement of cards to fake the look of a fair game. You can almost guess the cards it will deal you to ensure you cannot complete the average of 10 cards let alone the whole deck. It's not random, the key to a fair game is randomness. I'd love to be proved wrong.
