Unethical sales techniques
Disappointed with this company, felt they had mis-sold me 2 boxes at Professional Beauty so emailed them twice and they have not replied. They will take your money and they are done with you. What a shame. Haven’t used the product yet as was waiting to see what they wanted to do. Emailed them 4th and 8th April, it’s now the 25th. Would not recommend.
UPDATE
Phoned for the refund and Liz was extremely rude. Asked if we tried to contact megawhite before coming to trust pilot, said “well that was kind!” We had been ignored after 2 emails so had no choice but to let others know there’s risk purchasing from megawhite. Liz claimed she was too busy to help and that we have to email her for her to honour the refund as per their reply. Avoid this company.
FURTHER UPDATE
Received an apology from Liz who was unaware of my issue. I have also now had a refund on 31st May.
