I recently purchased a food product that I was unable to eat. Caitlin from Meh was very understanding and allowed me a refund. This is over and beyond what I expected!

I usually would get a ton of push back to get a replacement from others. But soon as i showed what was accidently sent to me (under eye masks) she spun up an new order.

I had an issue with an item that I ordered. I had already thrown away the packaging. Rather than tell me I was out of luck, they just gave me the refund and told me I didn't need to return anything. Very unexpected. Excellent customer-first perspective. They have my loyalty.

Outstanding customer service from Meh.com and specifically their rep Jordan. After the postal service threw away my order due to an addressing mistake on my part, Meh refunded my purchase without the slightest hassle. That's why I keep going back to them; great service and great prices.

I always get a fair deal with Meh. 99% of the time I get what I expect and the product is in perfect condition and at a great price. 1% of the time I had a problem (wrong size, picked wrong product) and Meh has always helped me and fixed the problem. I love this site and will always feel confident in buying stuff from them. Also, their support team is fantastic, friendly and fun.

First if all, I love that after woot got bought by Amazon and turned to poop, the team came back with meh. I check for deals every day and buy something 1-2 times per month on average. On this specific transaction an item arrived partially damaged and the team promptly offered a full refund-over the weekend, no less. I'll definitely keep shopping at meh.com.

I had to return an item, and the customer service support from Jackie and Brandon was outstanding! They made it super easy to process, asked clear questions -- just a fantastic experience. High trust for Meh purchases in the future, since they handle problems so smoothly.

I like that meh.com is a true daily deal site - just one deal (except when they have mehrathons - deal after deal for 24 hours) It's fun to buy things from them not necessarily found elsewhere and at a discount. Not saying their products are always a hit, but it's just silly fun sometimes. Their forum is also fun to read even when I don't participate. I sense the regular customers and the employees are very friendly. I recently emailed meh.com and CJ and was quick and helpful at resolving my issue. I've only contacted them twice and it's so refreshing that their emails are short and to the point as opposed to all the other companies that so clearly work off a template. I have only had positive experiences from them. Thank you!
