While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Fraud when ordering vouchers online!

I was ordering Vouchers as a present to my friends - in total 3 Gutscheine with the overall price above 200 EUR. However, they wouldn't arrive to me even after one month, despite the fact that the company promises 3-5 days delivery time. I was calling every second day and every time they lied that the vouchers are already shipped and will arrive very soon. At the end I had to drive there as I couldn't listen to their lies. Of course nothing was sent - 40 days after the order. Please be aware of this company! They are very irresponsible and liars. All documents (order confirmations, etc.) from my side can be provided upon request.
