Easy.,self explanatory and quick delivery. The only reason I don't put 5 stars it's because the website seems to be only in German.

The fees are complicated and unpredictable - unless you have a lot of time on your hands to go through all eventualities.
In my case, the seller looked to be German due to a German domain, but the seller was actually billing with a Polish entity and tax ID. This results in the following bill:
- cost of goods excl. taxes: 233.61EUR
- Seller billed value added tax: 44.39EUR
- Meineinkauf std. service fee: 17.90CHF
- Meineinkauf Sperrgut (>100x60x60cm) fee: 29.90CHF
- Meineinkauf 20% fee due to Polish tax ID: 52.20CHF
So Meineinkauf took ca. 38% fees on top of buying price incl. taxes. That is very steep.
Meineinkauf will argue that this is transparent, since they have a long list of potential fees on their website. But the number of potential fees make it hard to predict what you will end up paying in the end.
Additionally, they also forward packages to you that are clearly damaged, since it is on you to coordinate a return to the seller via Meineinkauf - of course for an additional fee.
Again, this may be justified economically. But it results in the service not being worth the hustle and cost.
Edit 13.01.2026:
I did contact Meineinkauf with images of the damage. The answer was that I should coordinate with the seller directly:
"Haben Sie vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Bitte entschuldigen Sie den Zustand Ihrer Sendung, wir haben diese allerdings tatsächlich genauso weitergeleitet, wie wir diese vom Verkäufer Ihrer Ware erhalten haben. Wir würden Sie deshalb bitten, den Zustand der Lieferung in Kontakt mit diesem zu reklamieren. "

I have a lot of requests from different client advisor asking the same question (mainly they don't have access to Amazon invoices). I didn't realise the 18 CHF were going to be on every parcel, and given the small things I bought it's not interesting for me after all. To me the process is not smooth enough and price is a bit high for small purchases

Very easy and quick, great way to get Uniqlo clothes in Switzerland! No problems with the process or the orders.

Complete ripoff company and dishonest approach. I ordered a shoe cabinet from Germany to be delivered to Switzerland. It arrived damaged, and sent about 10 pictures of the damage including the label they requested and it was still not enough for them to process the claim. The cost of the unit with delivery in Germany was 300 EUR, they charged me for each separate package and total bill was around 240EUR!!! I know that when I order from abroad with VAT and duties it’s no more that 20% of the cost of item is over 150EUR plus shipping but the company is clearly ripping people off.
Second package, silicone for the bathroom contained 3 out of 5 orders items. I managed to peel Meinkauf label and saw that original shop parcel was 1.9kg instead of 1.24kg on the Meinkauf label. So they separated the package deliberately so that they can charge for an additional delivery, or their employees helped themselves. When I raised it with them they said that weight might vary which can be the case but not by 700g!!! They said that they will cancel the invoice for the delivery of the silicone but it’s not done. Be warned, it’s a complete scam!
While the service itself was satisfactory, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the 8 CHF charge for address verification. It feels unfair to be charged for a service that should have been unnecessary, as my address was correctly listed in my order and profile.

Service for the stuff ordered was good but they sell your address for Amazon sellers to send you things no one wants and makes you pay for it.
After ordering with them, I started receiving Amazon packages for brushing or useless stuff and bill for them a few days later. I'm not the only one that had this happened at least one other person I know ordered with them and is having the same problem as me, they received pretty much the same stuff as I did.
Be carefull.

Customer service was brilliant and the entire procedure was smooth and easy.
Wow, it seems that I have been scammed: instead of the advertised 17.90 CHF forwarding service, they slammed me with 77CHF fees for a small package, of which, they "generously" deducted 20 and later, the baseless German VAT, so still leaving me with a 30 CHF baseless charge to pay on top of the advertised fee, of which an absurd extra fee of 9.99, claiming that I had 2 products shipped in one box from two different companies, when I only ordered from one company. Even if it was true, which is not, this fee is hidden and absurd. They also want to charge me for 39.99 francs, of which they "generously" give 20 francs discount because the company did not state on their invoice the German VAT. However, I had asked the company to send me an invoice with the German VAT separated from the price, they just ignored my request, so it was not my fault, and I requested and sent the new invoice right away when Meineinkauf sent me the invoice. Basically, the forwarding service would cost almost more than the product itself. So disappointed to be scammed like this. And they don't respond to emails. Update: Thank you, Meinenkauf, for sending me a corrected invoice.

MeinEinkauf is a reliable company to buy items from Germany. The logistics and currier.
I have had a terrible experience with Mein Einkauf. In a nutshell, they want to charge me CHF 417.5 for their importing services for an order of roughly CHF 1000, that is, charging me 40%+ of the price of the goods delivered simply for sending them from Konstanz to Zurich. I want to emphasize that the bulkiest item of the shipping was just a 2mx.5m box of around 20kg. What is really frustrating is that they agreed via email to a total service cost of CHF 225, and then they issued an invoice of CHF 417.5. I have also filed a consumer protection complaint due to misrepresentation. IF this was not enough, by the way, it took them over 2 months to ship my goods from the moment they received them. Really painful and useless service

I ordered a product that was shipped in a standard-size box weighting less than 2 kg. It was sent by them in an additional oversized cardboard closed with meineinkauf duct tape, so that they can charge the bulky goods delivery fee!
Moreover, the sender included an invoice listing tax information, but they charged 20% extra, because the address was not conforming to their requirements.
Their customer service just answers they work like this and it is stated in their AGB.
Do not use their services or you’ll have to pay absurd extra fees!
