Konstantin Gaba and Arnold Schulz
Is there anyone who actually filed a lawsuit and has any updates on whether your money was ever returned? Based on comments here and internet data, looks like Konstantin Gaba and Arnold Schulz moved on from car business to real estate in Wurzburg and Munich. We paid reservation fee for an apartment in Munich they were "selling" though a company without proper documents, and they are refusing to return the reservation money of 10,000 EUR even after 6 months and ignoring our emails. To us, it looks like their pattern of business is the same. We are going with the legal case now, but it looks like this pair has an interesting history of starting businesses, getting money and then disappearing. Anybody has more info we could use?
They hide behind the following companies: Gaba-Group (not a company, just a website), G-Holding GmbH, Peterplatz 6a, ELJA Verwaltung that was renamed into meinrenovierer GmbH, meinmotor GmbH, GetMotoo,... They offer real estate on ImmoScout24 and even construction services and all their addresses on Google show simple houses, no real offices or employees in sight! I was able to discover more than 20 companies with the managing director Konstantin Gaba and Anna-Lena Gaba, look it up. We have learned on our own experience that these guys are extremely untrustworthy - stay away from doing any business with them!
