No phone number I sent 3 emails w no contact frome them . U did live message and a pop up says we can't speak to me . This is a crappy ass site.

NO customer service and terrible products
I purchased a pair of pants and jacket that were supposed to be waterproof.
I had read people saying to order at least one size larger because their sizing was terrible.
I am a medium and ordered extra large - this was still too small!!
I emailed them countless times and sent multiple messages via social media and all have been ignored. My negative comments were deleted from their Facebook page and I was then blocked from commenting.
I have been following their page and every time someone comments on there asking a question, I send them a DM warning not to buy. I have prevented literally 50+ people buying so far.
I even sent mekler several more messages saying I would continue doing this until my order was rectified.
Over the months I have seen dozens of people make negative comments and these are always removed very quickly - often within minutes.
I have since discovered from all the other comments that these items are not even waterproof.
