I ordered a 2020 New Fashion Leather Backpack Crossover Purse on May 9th,2020. I got tracking number then it has been in one place in California, and it still is. Today is the 4th of June. They stated on their website that their shipping would take up to 5-12 days. It has been more than that. I only once got an email asking for my order number email shipping address that I used to order this item. This was after contacting them about where my purse was. I still have not heard from them on the update of my order.

Over a month later and there still isn’t a tracking number for my order. It hasn’t even shipped! It’s not back ordered...I’ll be getting a refund if there isn’t progress in the next week!

I bought what I thought was the True Adventurerer cat harness from this business. It was allegedly shipped on 4-24. I received it today, May 28, and it is a cheap knock off and doesn't even fit my cat. I had an authentic harness in a size M, but it was too big for him. The store was out of a size small, so I did a search and this no-name store came up, and the product I ordered in a size small looked genuine. Well, it is a knock off, and is too small. I corresponded three times with them wondering where my package is, always with promises it was shipped.....obviously on a slow boat from China. I will never order anything from them again, very disappointed. The product was nearly $30, same as the name brand product they copied. Now, I am out $60, and still don't have a harness for my cat.

My opinion is in "TOTAL" agreement with the 79% of reviewers that gave them 1 star......if even that high. It has also been 5 weeks since I ordered and absolutely NO TRACKING information at all.
As of NOW......recommending :DO NOT ORDER!!

Price was good but it is going on 5 weeks and I haven't received my item yet. I haven't received any updates. I haven't received even notice that it has been processed or shipped. Status of order is unknown.

This Company hadn't sent my product but took my money.I'm having this investigated they are not going to keep what's rightfully mine.The government need to do something concerning this.

Still haven't got my order 😕. Am contacting PayPal for a refund. Tried to use tracking to no avail. Company told me it's on the way. Over a week ago. Ordered over a month ago. Beware of this company.

This product is amazing. First time I used it , it cleared up my blemishes in less than three weeks! And the mask really helped brighten my skin! The only downside is that the wait to receive it is so long. Would definitely use again!

I am unable to track my order on the app ARRIVE. There is no current information. I have not received any new ETA date. I feel this order could take weeks or months. I will not place any new orders
with this supplier in the future.

Never got my order!

This is a great product!! My skin is glowing and my acne is almost gone after 2 months of using the product. I have used the vitamine c oil and clay mask 2 times a week. I would recommend this product.

Melaoskin offered discount code but products were sold out on website. When I emailed to let them know I couldn't use timed discount code (24 hours), products were magically available to purchase on website and so I ordered and paid. As soon as I'd placed the order, they were sold out again. Supposed to be 2-8 days delivery but it's been 16 days and haven't received anything. Multiple emails were ignored. Seems like they just take your money and ignore you.

Received products quickly. After a week of using the serum as part of my skin care routine my skin was looking great. I also got some for my friend to use, she loves it! Totally need to get more, I don’t want to run out!! Definitely use as part of a skin care routine and allow time for your skin to adapt. Great results 👏🏻👏🏻

I have still not received my product which I purchased over a month ago. Also have not received a email back after sending 3 to you. Very poor customer service
