misleading pictures and description. Low value for money.

Although the customer service was good in reimbursing one of the items I had ordered for which they didn't have the ordered color anymore, the photos and description on their website are misleading. Nowhere does it say that it is made of polyester; it actually mentions for one of the items, cashmere that should be washed a specific way, so I thought I was buying cashmere. That item arrived with loose threads and is made of cheap polyester. There are no clothes tags. When I ordered, the value for money is low even though it was 60% off and supposed to be in liquidation when I ordered.
