💸 Worst Betting Site Ever – Won Money but Can’t Withdraw!
My Userid 1637163047 . I had the worst experience with Melbet. After playing and winning, I tried to withdraw my balance but they refused to process it. I contacted their support multiple times, but instead of solving the issue, they kept delaying with excuses. It feels like a scam when a platform takes your money but doesn’t allow you to withdraw your own winnings. Very unprofessional, unfair, and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to avoid Melbet.

"I am very disappointed with Melbet's service. I made a deposit on March 19, 2026, but the funds were not credited to my account until April 3, 2026—a ridiculous delay of 15 days. Even though I provided the official Orange Money receipt (Ref: OJM-PAY-20260319220257513204280786) immediately, the support team kept stalling.

1) Incorrect bet settlement:
I placed a bet on Total Throw-ins Over 32.5 for the match Al Nassr vs Al Qadsiah (08/01/2026).

The bet was settled as a loss, with MelBet claiming that the total number of throw-ins was 30.
However:
The match statistics displayed inside the MelBet platform itself showed 34 throw-ins
SofaScore, a globally recognized football statistics provider, also showed 34 throw-ins
I provided screenshots from both sources as evidence. Despite this, MelBet repeatedly stated that the statistics shown on their website are “indicative only” and refused to clearly disclose the exact official source (data provider or video reference) used to calculate the figure of 30.
Instead, I was asked to provide minutes and seconds for every throw-in, which is unreasonable for a customer and not a transparent or professional way to resolve a betting dispute.
2) Previous deposit issue:
Less than a month before this incident, I also faced a deposit problem, where my deposited funds were not credited to my account.
That issue was resolved only after several emails and repeated follow-ups, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Conclusion:
Having a deposit issue and an incorrect bet settlement within such a short time, combined with unclear communication and a lack of transparency, raises serious concerns about MelBet’s reliability and customer support standards.
I am still waiting for:
A clear written explanation of how my bet was settled
Disclosure of the official source used to determine the number of throw-ins
I hope MelBet management reviews this case seriously and resolves it in a fair and transparent manner.

Following MelBet’s reply, I would like to clarify an important point.
According to the statistics shown on MelBet’s own platform, the total number of throw-ins for the match Al Nassr vs Al Qadsiah is displayed as 34, not 30. I have screenshots from MelBet’s website as well as from SofaScore showing this figure.
Despite this, MelBet continues to state that the total throw-ins were 30 without clearly disclosing the exact official source used for settlement or explaining the discrepancy between their own displayed statistics and their final decision.
I am still requesting:
A clear written explanation of how this bet was settled
Disclosure of the exact official source used to determine the number of throw-ins
I am sharing this update for transparency and to help other users understand my experience.

I had the worst experience with Melbet. I deposited money, played fairly, and when I requested a withdrawal, they started endless KYC verification harassment.

First, they asked for my National ID. I provided it. Then they demanded a PDF from the government site, then selfies with my ID, then pictures showing my email inbox, then again the “original” ID, and then again “uncompressed files larger than 1MB.” Every time I send what they ask, they come back with new excuses.

I even went to the government office and collected an officially printed ID, took high-quality photos, and sent them — still rejected. Instead of helping customers, they keep wasting time and blocking my money.

This is pure harassment in the name of verification. Melbet does not respect players and does not release funds honestly. I strongly warn others: don’t trust Melbet with your money.
