I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent consultation session involving an individual named Matthew in 30 April 2025 . The interaction was highly unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.

During the call, Matthew abruptly ended the session without any prior indication or mutual agreement. The way he closed the call was both rude and inappropriate, falling far short of the basic standards of professional conduct expected from a consultant representing your organization.

As someone who values respectful dialogue and professional integrity, I was shocked by the dismissive and immature behavior displayed. Such conduct reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the reputation of the organization he represents.

I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Maintaining professional decorum and mutual respect is the foundation of any successful business relationship.

Adam Humphries is knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, and practical. A very good start.

After a couple of online calls with Thomas, I can say he offers a comprehensive service. We looked into many facets of my financial life - some of which his company could assist with and other areas where he was willing to give me his opinion. I have committed to a life insurance package through his recommendation and will be looking at other areas in the future. I would highly recommend speaking to him.

Mark was amazing from the start. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped me out a lot. Then I was stuck in a little situation where Mark went out of his way to help me out. Honestly amazing service and I would recommend his service to everyone!
