I Recently purchased my beautiful transporter
service was very professional. Linz and Sophie were amazing from when I test drove it for the first time, too when I drove my baby (Transporter) home.
She was fully valeted and looked beautiful.
I even had a follow up call a week later to make sure everything was all Good.

Had new front tyres changed recently. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

What can I say. These guys are just brilliant. As always forgetting my MOT was due I called them to see if they could squeeze me in ASAP. As I’d already called other garages who just didn’t want the work is how I was made to feel and not very customer friendly. Obviously missed the customer service course.

Spoke to a very polite and friendly young lady Sophie who said not a problem we have one slot left but bring it in early and we will get it done as soon as the slot was available.

It did initially fail on some minor things but they called, quoted a very fair price and it was all done in the same day.

What else could I ask for. So a very big thank you to you for helping me out.

Will definitely be back for my service as that’s due soon.

Enough. Me and my family was on holiday when we could hear a scrapping noise from under my car. Looked for local garages near to where we were. I called and spoke to a very professional young lady by the name of Sophie. I explained that we were here on holiday and that I can hear a scrapping noise from under my car.

She said bring it straight down and they will have a look straight away.

True to hear word as soon as we pulled up she asked us to take a seat In reception and asked one of her technicians to have a look.

The Undertray had come loose. They fixed in no time. A bonus they even checked our tyres pressure as my light was on the dash and even checked the treads as they new we had 200 mile journey back home.

Wished we had a garage like this where we live.

Fantastic service from all the team from the first phone call to the service we received at the garage.

Well done to you all. Keep doing what you do because it work.

At 8:30am on my way to an important work event I managed to curb my car going along the windy spread eagle hill (easily done) and my tyre burst. A dire situation but I had a stroke of luck that the first place I could pull in was Melbury motor company. I was understandably in a bit of a panic but one of the mechanics, Darren, couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful, immediately looking at the tyre and organising someone to collect the correct one from another garage because they didn’t have one in stock (without even telling me just getting on with it as quickly as possible). Long story short I was away within the hour and hardly late for my event. They didn’t overcharge and really couldn’t have been more efficient but more importantly; kind to a woman in a bit of a state. Thank you Darren I would highly recommend this garage to anyone
