Really pleased with the service received from start to finish. Laura in the office was amazing and so very helpful and Andy was absolutely professional and nothing was too much trouble. All the various trades involved in the building work did an excellent job. Thank you to each and everyone in the team for everything you did to make my loft conversion so gorgeous, I’m thrilled to bits with it.

cannot recommend this company as despite there being some good quality work we have had lots of problems with leaks, leaks from our sink, leaks in the ceiling which have damaged paintwork and a leaking stop tap which has damaged our floor which we have only recently discovered.

Mel Developments recently completed a full office refurbishment for us and they have done a fantastic job! They've been very professional from start to finish and the works have been completed to a high standard. I highly recommend...

Really professional from initial visit and quotation all the way through to signing off the works. Andy, Laura and their team of contractors have done an amazing job in replacing the extension roof, correcting other builders' shoddy workmanship and helping us with our building regs. Excellent work, really great guys and would 100% recommend.

Complete kitchen refurb including changes to the existing window and extending of the rear patio door. Really delighted with the end result. Andy and his team really made sure everything kept on track and that I was happy with the work every step of the way. Laura made sure everything went smoothly her clear communications meant nothing was left to chance. Would highly recommend for any project.

MEL Developments Yorkshire Ltd installed a kitchen for us. From the first interactions I was very impressed. I appreciated the prompt and helpful communication as other joiners wouldn’t even answer messages! All of the staff were fantastic, making us feel at ease with the planning, as we had never done a project like this before.
