Lili was super quick and solved my problem easily with no hassle. This is why my company uses Melio instead of Quickbooks. Super straightforward and easy to use.

Was in a rush and clicked on the button to receive payment, and within seconds realized there was a fee, and I didn't need the payment now. Immediately contacted support but they couldn't help due to the "instant" nature of the payment.
Fee's in small print and one-click purchase is lame marketing if you ask me. Lessoned learned and it helped in my decision to switch to Melio for my company.

Terrible Company. We had a test transaction of $1.00 sent to a vendor. For whatever reason, the test transaction went through but Melio wasnt able to deduct the funds from our account.
Without notice, they held ALL of our funds from being sent to vendors as hostage in an effort to get us to call in and reimburse them for a single $1.
No big deal, ill reach out and get it resolved. NOPE. It takes 3 business day for them to release the hold until they secured their precious dollar. Keep in mind that they charge $75 for same-day ACH.
I have used melio for my business for years and they could not do me the courtesy of removing the hold in a timely manner over the cost of a fraction of a chicken nugget.
Stay away, your business is not valued.

Stuck dealing with them because of QuickBooks. Customer service hides behind chats and email and scripted useless responses. They don’t pay attention and repeat themselves after you tell them and show them it’s not working
Wish I had another choice that integrates with QuickBooks

I enrolled in their service and when I initiated my 1st payment they denied it. It took 6 days and a reach out to their facebook page before I got a response from their verification team. The response was (paraphrased) "we can't verify who you are and will not ask anymore questions - you can't use our service".
I am not doing anything illegal or in violation of their terms of service. I don't understand their response or why it should be so hard to do business with them.
Stay away from this company.

Melio is downright awful. This company I use makes you go through them for payments. However, they block every single payment for compliance and then if you reach out to them, they never ever reply. I’ve tried to submit this payment so many times and they keep automatically blocking it. I’ve emailed them four or five times over the period of a couple weeks and they still just will not reply. Then I finally got an email after I included the company I owed the money too because I have an outstanding bill and I can’t pay it. So Melio finally replied that my email was received and they would respond to me. sure enough a week and a half later still no reply. So I responded to that email asking if we get to the bottom of this and, yep, you guessed it, no response.
Melio has no idea what’s going on and it’s terrible platform. Don’t use it. And if you ever might need customer support, absolutely do not use it, it’s a mess over there.

Worst customer service ever. I could not log into my account, I could not start a chat and I finally had to email the company. Email has gone unanswered. I have money which I cannot access and I have to pay invoices that I cannot pay.

You would expect them to be able to send payments A payment vendor should be able to pay.
I signed up to try it out, send my first payment to a Vendor on a Sunday, just to wake up on Monday to "Your payment has been cancelled" without any explanation. I sent an email, not to receive any follow up until Wednesday (days later), saying "sorry, bug in our system, try again!".
I sent the payment again, and then received another email saying "Payment cancelled" with no reason why.
I contacted their tech support who said (and I quote):
> "This isn't out of the norm and does occasionally happen."
In the same chat, they said the people who have answers to the question are not the general support staff, and the only way to access them is via email (the people who took 24 hours to respond).
Vendor's aren't willing to wait days on end for late payments, and small business owners don't have time to deal with this.
I went here to write a review, and found just a week ago someone with the exact same problem.

EDIT: Their verifications team did reach out to me -- after 4 days, without any explanation, to say "we can't verify that you meet our Acceptable Use Policy" (I'm trying to pay a contractor). *They did not*, as they erroneously claim, try to verify any information. They have never asked me for any information, I've asked them for what aspect of their Acceptable Use Policy they can't verify or any other information, and they have been unable to give any further information.

Tried to send a wire from a credit card balance. Filled all the paperwork, dotted the i's crossed the t's. It said it would go through. It did not. Tried again the next day. Nothing. You can call them but they just say the only people who can resolve the issue you can only reach through email. They assured me they'd pass along the urgency. They spent about a week verifying I'm from a real company. When they were finally happy with that the payment still didn't go through. Tried an ACH transfer to see if that'd work either. Surprise! Nothing. No explanation why, just an email telling me to go to the website for details. The website told me to email the customer support team for answers... That vendor is probably never going to do business with me again and I'll probably never do business with melio again.

It was very promising but failed to deliver. I tried to execute some basic ACH transfer and pay by check. But a few days after requesting the transactions, these got cancelled without any reason. When asked support, they could not give me any explanation. I can't have my business rely on another that cannot explain when things fail and make me lose more time that I would otherwise save. Sorry but gave them a try and would not recomend
