Bottle labeled all in Chinese and unreadable by an English speaking person

I ordered "Clothing Stain-Removing Dry Cleaning Agent" on 3/31/26. I received it today 4/24/26. It is advertised "🌍Made In the USA 🚀Cutting Edge Technology. Why did it take so long to arrive if it is in the US? Also, why is the entire bottle labeled all over in Chinese characters with no instructions in English, the U.S. language? I had to go to the website to print out the instructions on how to use and what items it would safely clean. The product may work just fine but I am suspicious of their advertising given the first statement cannot be true. They show a picture of the bottle but have blanked out all the Chinese lettering all over it.
