Very disappointed with my experience
Very disappointed with my experience. I understood from the advertisement that I would receive a second pair of sunglasses for free. I paid almost double the price, but only received one pair.
After I complained, I did receive a refund, which I appreciate. However, I still never received the free pair of sunglasses that was advertised.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be ordering again. Sorry, but I expected the offer to be honoured as advertised.

The carrier never delivered my package—…
The carrier never delivered my package— their name was UniUni. The image of the delivery was a blacked out image and I had to start a claim for the missing package. Customer service responses were extremely slow and took over a week. Ultimately I disputed this with my bank but it was disappointing because I love meller glasses, but I won’t be ordering anything anytime soon if their carrier doesn’t change to a more reputable and reliable company.

I have bought a 4 pairs of lovely suglasses. Delivery were exactly in aspected time. Quality and overlook generally are meet expectation and happy with purchase. I had an issiue with additional tax charging from FedEx. Raised this question with Meller and them react straight away and helo me to resolved the situation. Thank for the custumer support. Will recomend them for my friends!

Excellent process from researching online through to receiving my sunglasses!! The website was very user friendly and had clear imagery. Once purchased the items, I received clear emails from the company with tracking numbers. The product came in a reasonable amount of time and I'm very happy with the quality of the glasses and the packaging. So happy to have found this brand!!
