The program helped me to caught up to things ive been putting off. They don't look as scary anymore.

I have enjoyed reading the assistance.
It's just me trying to motivate myself to follow the suggestions/tips. I'm able to read it through out the day.

This is a scam. This app is billing 54€93 so 63.68$ par month. I even have twice this taken from my account this month. They are robbing me. The app doesn't work. They don't answer my refund request. Total scam.
They disregard correspondence unless it aligns with their interests. The same day that my financial institution started with an investigation of my dispute (17 October 2025), they sent me a mail to cancel my subscription which I had already requested on the 27th of September 2025 after they had helped themselves to almost $60 in my account! No mention of a refund.
The few lessons that I did in the beginning before I raised my issues (remember you can only do 1 per day and the rest they lock) didn’t help me at all! It was a complete waste of my precious time and hard-earned money.
The impression I got is that their aim is to get you to buy more and more while they block you from accessing material you actually already paid for. You can only do one lesson a day (24 hour cycle) which is absolutely useless for people who are working normal jobs and only have time do things during the evening and weekends. When I raised this problem with them, they ignored my email and appeared to block my email on their phone app so I couldn’t even request a refund or raise a dispute.
They are not transparent with their fees. They rope you in initially with a discounted fee and then try to get you to pay more for online tutors etc and then come with a ridiculous fee afterwards without checking if you are satisfied with the subscription, which I indicated to them I am not.
You really have to delve deep into their terms and conditions and then the wording is so convoluted that you can’t understand what they actually mean. So recommend reading this before agreeing to anything. The also have a clause that states that you need exceptional reasons to get a refund.
You will find that all their reviews on their marketing are 5-star but this not the case on other reviews on the internet. Do your own research.
I don’t generally give bad reviews because I am in the service industry myself, but I had to put out a warning - stay away if you don’t want to feel scammed.
If I could give zero I would. Hard to use and cancelled before my trial was over. Was charged before my trial was finished and then charged again. Contacted the company and requested refund. They asked for my email and how I paid, changed the billing on my AMex card to a different name. Amex caught it. Horrible.

Absolutely terrible experience - unexplained charges (to the amount of hundreds of dollars), lack of response from customer support...
My "coach" was good, but the company itself is fraudulent.
Unless you're loaded and don't worry about where your money goes, do not fall for it!

MellowFlow inspired me to start journaling & meditate more consistenly. Also, finally got the courage to address my mental problems with a new doctor.

Since I started using this, noticed I got more in control of my day and understand my thought patterns better. Which helps with the control as well.

I signed up for one month of this service to try it out.
The first thing I encountered was that the subscription process contains multiple attempts to upsell additional products or services.
When you enter the app, it asks you whether you want the procrastination program or the ADHD program. It doesn't matter what the ad you saw was advertising. I chose the procrastination program because that seemed the more useful one.
The information in the first few lessons is very rudimentary, but I didn't think much of it since it was only the introduction. Once you start the program, it will only let you do four lessons, not even a whole chapter. This, I assume, is to drag things out so you need to stay subscribed longer. So just for the heck of it, I decided to restart and check out the ADHD program. What I did see of it was nearly identical to the procrastination program. These are two different things which require different approaches but the majority of the information was exactly the same.
At this point, I decided to cancel my subscription. I went to cancel it through my profile and I got an error, so I went to the customer service form, and when I selected cancel subscription as the topic, I got the same error. When I selected general inquiry as the topic, it went through fine. It seems pretty obvious that this is by design to make it difficult to cancel. The error, by the way, said they could not find a user with that email. The same email I signed up with, which is my user name and where they had been emailing me.
Avoid this app.

I was never able to open the app. It always said " Oops, something went wrong.. please try again"
but they charged me anyway... even though I could never log in.

Helps me give more attention to my procrastination and deal with it eye to eye, rather than ignore it

Beware, very misleading pricing and random billing, I feel scammed. The app is very basic and not helpful. It seems to be a lot of AI generated statements. Not at all personalised.

It has made see just what causes my procrastination and how to go about dissolving the issues or working through them

Eyeopening, inspirational, motivating, supportive, and effective. For the first time I am beginning to understand why I do (and don't do!) certain things, and now with this understanding and the support of MellowFlow I am making real and hopefully lasting changes for the better. Thank you.

BEWARE. SCAM. If I could rate ZERO I would. I tried to cancel this app within the timeframe indicated and got no response from the company and no refund. THEN, they charged my credit card twice for additional amounts (over $100) that I did not authorize. Had to cancel my card and dispute the charges. Fortunately, my CC company is ethical and refunded my money. This app is a scam.

While the app itself is great, the company charged me about $60 after I already paid for a lifetime subscription (over 100). Because I know I'm ADHD and have issues with subscriptions I did this and now I'm dealing with all this stuff. I'm currently taking an hour out of my already busy morning to cancel and write this review. Cancelling is not easy and they say you don't have an account with them. Really it's laughable as I'm typing during the event.
At this point I might update to two stars if I get the money back since they actually took care of it, but watch out adding any cards they can keep charging.

SCAM‼️‼️‼️ I never signed up for any membership in this mellowflow app. They have been trying to take $63.73 out of an account I don’t use and only keep $5 in. Thankfully!
Once you click on the site and simply request more information… they’ve got you and will somehow take your money. I never gave them my unused acct info. And when you call they ask for your email address then continually repeat it back INCORRECTLY!!
ABSOLUTE SCAM‼️‼️‼️ I’m guessing no one will see this review. 😡🤬🤬🤬

Keep getting many unexplained charges, am unable to get an explanation despite writing to them asking for one, and am unable to unsubscribe.
