Quick and easy shopping great products
Products were promptly sent and received very quickly; they confirmed by email the order and shipment. A pleasure to shop on the Melrose website, and I love the range of products. I wish the 3-6-7-9 oil was available but I understand there are world wide supply shortages of raw materials. I hope to get it as soon as its back on the shelf.

Avocado oil
We ordered 3 250ml bottles of avocado oil. The oil is lovely with a mild avocado flavour which we are using to make a home made salad dressing. Our order was well packed and delivery was very fast. We are very happy with the service and the goods.

It came within a week of purchasing and so far so good. However the packaging was disappointing as they used foam for stuffing. I do wish they used something else.
If they change their packagaing I'll buy again.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Did you receive the recyclable card that tells you about our biodegradable packaging? The packing peanuts are made with corn and rice starch which breaks down easily. I hope this helps.

I never received a complimentary item that they advised would be included in my delivery. I followed up with them and never received a response! FALSE PROMISES AND NO FOLLOW UP.
