Bullet didn’t work, I never said I wanted to return it, if you wanted to make it right you could have offered a partial refund, tbh I wouldn't have bought it if I'd have known it was battery powered, isn't everything rechargeable these days?

Item is of great quality and packaging. After a mix up with the delivery company, received great customer service and help getting a new item sent out which arrived super quick. All in all very happy and would shop with them again.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. We did send out an email this afternoon in reply to your email. Can you please check your spam or junk folder?
In the email, you stated you contacted Evri, and they claimed the parcel was returned to us. However, when we raised the claim with Evri they stated the parcel had been delivered and there was photo evidence.
As a business, we have fulfilled your order on our side. The issue is with Evri.
Please check your email as we sent a link for you to contact Evri again. Unfortunately, until Evri has acknowledged responsibility for the parcel and is happy to cover the cost on their claim insurance, we cannot send out a replacement one.
We are more than happy to help get make your claim with Evri, as once approved we are more than happy to refund or replace your order.
