Membermojo is a brilliant package for small clubs and associations in the sporting area. I could be use for any other club activity as well.

We use if for a Martial Arts Association running the Aikido Development Society using the paid version for £95 as we have nearly 400 memberships on the system. It is quick and easy to use for bot the members and Admin.

This app is fantastic for clubs such as ours who are still building membership and want to keep tabs on memberships.

I'm looking at using Membermojo for an 800 strong organisation. We have some quite complicated membership arrangements and I've been helped enormously by the support team at MM with a couple of issues and miunderstandings I've had. I'm a MM user in another organisation and think it works very well. It seems to be remarkably good value for money, when you compare it with other systems (probably shouldn't say this on a public forum!)

This is the perfect membership management system for local groups/societies, automating signup and renewal and making payment straightforward. And if I contact them with a query I rapidly get a helpful answer.

Comprehensive flexible and well supported

We’ve been using Membermojo to run our small membership programme for a year. It was very easy to set up and now it handles everything quietly in the background. Our outbound mailings are simple to do, yet GDPR compliant. We’ve needed advice a couple of times and the help desk team are very responsive and helpful.

Outstanding customer service!

I investigated membership packages for a local hospitality group that I'm Member Secretary for.
MM was by far the cheapest and probably the simplest but don't be fooled, there's plenty 'under the bonnet'.
The basic membership side is really easy to set up and I love the shop function. I struggled to get my head around the emailing aspect but it works really well once you've set it up correctly.

Customer service has been outstanding. I've had to request help many times and every single time I've had a really helpful and almost instant response, even on a Saturday night at 7PM!

The quality of our communications with our members has been much improved, the purchasing of tickets for events is so much easier, the ability to quickly find info from the database of members (love the toggle feature) saves time too. The on-boarding of new members is so much more professional and I'm looking forward to the annual renewal of members payments instead of dreading it.

I highly recommend Member Mojo.

We have used this for the last 6 years, a good system which ticks all the boxes, it makes running a club with 900+ members easy, it cuts down on paperwork and ticks GDPR boxes.
The less positive feedback seems to be operator error rather than issues with the system so do not be put off.
Staff are always quick to respond if there are any queries.

I use Membermojo for two organisations, and have done for a number of years. I looked at many, but this is incredibly thought through, flexible and easy to set up, and runs the whole messy business of club membership flawlessly. The developer responds to suggestions and is always incorporating great changes. Here’s one for you - could you incorporate a PDF download of invoices, please? It’s a bit quaint to have to print and scan etc.

We found MemberMojo extremely simple, easy to use and full of a variety of features. It's perfect for small garden clubs like ours, we also use it for our national Tender Shoots Online Garden Club. I would highly recomment it. The help team are also very helpful, so try it out with the free trial and see how it goes. (The previous negative comments might just be because it takes a bit of getting used to if you've not used a membership system before, different terminology etc, but afterwards it's easy peesy.)

Sends me round and round in circles, possibly because I'm using iPadOS and I'm in two clubs. It appears not to cope, which is frustrating.

We are a local UK charity with 300+ members. Having experimented with various systems, Membermojo beats the lot easily. It's very easy to learn and use, works without any glitches or bugs and does everything that is needed. The help and support, should it be needed, is also excellent.

At the price, it is truly fantastic value for money compared to other similar but far more expensive systems.

A good membership system and its even free until you get more than 50 members

Membermojo makes the membership secretary and treasurer's job massively easier - members can manage their own account and renew speedily, membership records are safely kept, and any queries to Membermojo are promptly and helpfully answered

Researched a huge number of membership systems and so glad we found Membermojo.

We are a club of 300 members and it makes being a membership secretary a breeze. We have seen an large increase in membership numbers as it’s so easy and simple for the prospective members to join. Administration is easy and we love the group mailouts.

It takes time to get your head round it and there’s quite a bit to setup at the start. But once that’s done it almost runs itself!
