The report includes a great amount of useful information.
The report includes a great amount of information regarding my property that is good to have as a reference if we decide to sell the property in the future. I also am using some of the information for other purposes such as refinancing the mortgage.

Computed value is as expected.
The computed property value was about what I expected so I feel it is fairly accurate. In the report, there was a property value given that was more than twice as much as the value given after the more detailed information that followed. The second value is about what I expected. The posting of two very different values is confusing.
