I attempted to use this service to obtain a copy of my public driving record. The system said it had found records and was preparing a report, then asked me to pay $1 for the report (seemed reasonable).

After submitting payment details, I was not given a report, and instead found that I had been auto-enrolled in some sort of $18.95 per month volume plan. I went back and repeated most of the process to confirm that I did not miss anything, and can confirm that their payment page is very clear about only charging $1.

Their support group was very proactive in "deactivating" my account, and providing a refund when I complained - however I suspect that this is part of the racket. I will be flagging the charge with my credit card company.

This is definitely a scam. Avoid.

Update: Fraudulent charges started appearing on our credit card the day after attempting to use this site. Not terribly surprising.

Like a previous reviewer, I placed an order on the understanding that the charge was $1.00, according to the web page.

I ordered tax and other history and info on a home/ real property.

The "report" info I received was nothing near as inclusive as what the web page promised - and what it DID provide WAS ALL ENTIRELY WRONG. The info was well over a year old.

When I called in about this, after some conversation, I learned that they had "signed me up" to pay $18.95/ month as a "member." I never saw ANYTHING about that. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT OR AGREE TO IT.

I have no interest in any membership for getting reports. (Even less after the worthless report they provided on what I did ask for.)

So, they agreed to cancel my "membership" (I have no doubt they did that) and refund the $18.95 within 3-5 days.

I am glad to report that this has already been credited to my account, so one item of good news.

I KNEW I shouldn't be dealing with them when the pay page gave no indication of security/ secure payment. (It wasn't the dollar I understood I was paying that I was worried about but all of my card info and other info they insisted on.)

KICKING MYSELF. I did not have time or any reason to hassle with this mess.

I tried the services and experienced some confusion. Their representative reached out to me for feedback immediately. Not only did their representative resolve my issues, but the Manager also reached out to me to ensure the issue was resolved. I have never in 61 years experience a company with such respect for the client and take such steps to resolve an issue. Would I recommend this company, absolutely!

I was able to find out everything I needed to know. Fast and accurately done.

This site is great for a general report and gives a birds eye and street view of the property that you are interested in. I found out that the property (Lot) that I was interested in actually has electric already. That was a plus. thank you Kelly

I was hoping to get a sale summery on car, other than that i'm satisfied with report. Also, car has a 6 speed manual transmission. This was not in report either

Was looking for info on previously owned property. Was somewhat dissatisfied because I was checking to see if home was sold after I had sold it and what property and school taxes are at present time.

I am very satisfied with the property records search and the records that have been given so far. The search provided is very in depth and they provide links for property information that is more than what they advertise or have already provided. It was really nice to see the additional links provided that they didn’t have to have in any way and were not part of what was stated would be offered so it was definitely a great overall experience!
