Account banned and rewards stolen over a one-time technical mistake.

I have been a loyal user from Mexico, completing surveys honestly for the Mexican market. I recently made a one-time mistake by accidentally clicking an email link while my phone’s VPN was active. I immediately admitted the mistake to support, clarifying that I never attempted to "cheat" or complete US-based surveys.

Despite my transparency and the fact that I successfully completed dozens of legitimate surveys for them (for which they have already been paid by advertisers), GrabPoints has permanently banned my account and voided all my earned rewards. It is incredibly disappointing that a platform would use a technicality to withhold pay for honest work already performed. Use caution: one accidental click can result in them keeping your earnings.

GrabPoints is a complete scam

GrabPoints is a complete scam. I deeply regret all the time I wasted on this platform. After spending hours completing surveys, the rewards were inconsistent and often reduced. When I finally tried to withdraw my earnings, my account was suspended without a valid reason. The system is designed to prevent users from actually getting paid. I would strongly advise others to avoid this site and save their time.

Account suspended without reason after requesting a withdrawal

I made my first $3 withdrawal on GrabPoints without any issues. Feeling more confident, I decided to wait until I had around $10 for my second withdrawal. As soon as I requested it, the payment went into “processing.”
The next day, when trying to log in, I discovered my account had been suspended without any clear explanation.
Support only replied with a generic, copy-paste message, even though I never broke any rules and always answered honestly.
All my earnings disappeared.

I qualify for the survey then disqualified

I qualify for the survey then after I've answered the demographics, it kicks me out. So why does it say "qualified for this survey"
The only good thing is the payment which is fast.
It had surveys that freeze, are sometimes in another language and kick me out saying that i have already completed the survey before.
Surveys are not reliable and if there is a problem then they mention that one must get hold of the company who posted the survey.....as if one can remember that information.
Not very reliable and set up to disqualify you when the daily strikes start reaching a week.

It's a complete waste of time

It's a complete waste of time. GrabPoints is a f joke! most of the surveys they have will say you're qualified but after you've put all your info the survey will kick you out saying that the survey screened you out for not being qualified.

unjust suspension

I made an account, then used it for only 3 DAYS, then got suspended because the surveys were kicking me out. Meanwhile, I put in the exact info from my profile yet still got kicked out. I do not recommend this; their way of checking for things like this automatically is flawed. Not only that, other people had to show ID just to cash out $20 THEN got suspended anyway. I could not even get $5 before they unjustly suspended me.

Scammers

I wish i could leave a zero star review. They're scammers that won't let you cashout if you reach a cashout threshold within the first session of opening your account. It just keeps saying there's an error connecting to your PayPal account. If you then logout to try to log back in to see if that helps, like many other people have said, it won't allow you to log back in. These scammers need to be shut down fast

Bans for no reason, the site is a scam

Horrible, liars.
I made an account, and verified my phone number twice. I was supposed to get this to get points for downloading an app, I downloaded the app to get points but the points were never rewarded so I gave up on the apps.
Then I tried the surveys. I only did surveys with my real info. Finally had ONE survey out of many that I was able to finish and get points. Account was suspended right after. I send an email asking why, they send a list of different things people do to get suspended, don't mention which one I supposedly did, and say that their decision is final. Again, this was without even telling me what I did to break their rules.

I did not lie about my data, I did not use a VPN. They just want your data and earn some things off you before banning you without a reason. The whole point is to never pay out to users.

Great and legit Site

Just like other panelist it's difficult to qualify for surveys but what I love about them is you get small points even if you don't qualify and you can claim your points from $1 which other panelist don't do and it gets paid instantly. Otherwise if they had more qualifying surveys I would have given them 5 stars because they deserve it.

Be aware of this site! It is a SCAM

Be aware of this site!! Some of the surveys do not pay out. When I had earned money, answered surveys, it shut me out of the site stating “suspended account”. This is such a waste of time and seems like such a scam. I am very disappointed and the site offers little to no help. It doesn’t even state the reason for suspension. I would highly recommend that you do not use this site, since the fact that they suspended my account for no apparent reason seems fishy. There are better apps out there that will legitimately pay what they say and also offer support, and that pays better.

When contacting the customer service they do not help. They give no reason as to why my account is suspended, neither can they give an example. All answers are standardized, and give absolutely no answer as to why a person is suspended. As I had earned enough to ask for a payout, the suspended my account terminated it and gave absolutely no reason as to why. They also do not pay out for the surveys and redact points for surveys. I highly recommend you do not use this app and website as they are terminating people to not pay the money the owe.

So a summery:
1. The don’t pay for all surveys
2. The customer support offers no support or has no idea what has happened and can’t give any examples.
3. They terminate and suspend the account to not pay what they owe.
4. They give absolutely no reason as to why the account is terminated
5. Answers to reviews are the same, and still offers no reason. They just states “fraudulent behaviors have been noticed”. What are these “fraudulent behaviors” and they never can answer in any of the reviews. Most positive reviews are bought and are not true users. Have a lot to say, however, they seem to manipulate all answers and offer no clear context. Don’t waste your time with these

I have to admit that it was my mistake

I have to admit that it was my mistake, I ignored all the red flags and joined anyway. It only took a few weeks to happen to me - SUSPENSION! I learned, never again will I ignore red flags. Just like the reviewers said, their excuses did not make sense. Too bad it could be a really good site. Oh well, G'bye!
