Take forever to answer calls. Our agent who signed us up does not return calls or emails requesting call backs or answers to emails. Quick to sign up but after service is a shocker! Am going to move to my family to somebody else.
Problems from day 1. Was lied to about my policy sales team is great but I don't believe a word they say. After sales service well there isn't one. It's normal if there is any problem, please let me know to spend an hour one the phone waiting and no fiscal shop to at end when that fails.

I have been a member of this health insurance company. When I prepare my tax return, I need the health insurance statement. I logged in the member portal and try to get it from my inbox. Found the email with an attachment but unable to download it.
I checked my email, found the message but there is no statement attached. Only a logo of the company.
In the email, it said I don't need the statement if I'm preparing the tax return online or use a tax accountant. AIA claimed tht they've uploaded to ATO. No, it's not there.
So I called the 1800 943 010. Their call routing system keeps looping to the beginning so can't get through. After numerious attempts, I managed to get through once and spoke to customer service. He assured me that he would resent the email with attachment. I thanked him for it.
In about 5 minutes, I received the email but there is no attachment! Tried to call again but can't get through.
Then I sent an email to healthcustomerservice at aia.com.au
Then I got an email with the attachment. I spent about an hour in getting the statement.
