Attention à ce site, commande jamais livrée !

J'ai passé une commande fin juillet. J'ai relancé fin août n'ayant rien reçu : le service client m'a expliqué qu'avec le COVID il y avait du retard et qu'ils s'excusaient.
Nous sommes le 11/11/22 et je n'ai reçu ni commande ni mail de leur part pour savoir où en était ma commande... mais plus de 3 mois sans rien, c'est long !
De plus, bizarre, mais si je regarde ma commande via mon téléphone (j'avais laissé la fenêtre ouverte dans mon navigateur) je la vois ; si j'essaie de me connecter au site via mon ordinateur, le site me dit que mon mail n'est pas connu !
Tout ça ressemble plutôt à une belle arnaque !
