***DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!***

Worst experience I've EVER HAD AS A CONSUMER. Deliberately misleading website. Gives the option to receive a video within 7 days of making the request, then you pay the money and it says "in 7 days you'll receive an email to choose when you receive the video." A scam. 2 months and 10 complaint emails later AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND DON'T REPLY 🤬 says money back guarantee... TOTAL RUBBISH!!! As far as I can tell, Memmo does not provide any service that functioning business should. Bizarre.

Awful. DO NOT USE

Didn't receive my order. Several emails sent with no reply. Requested a complaint no reply.
No idea how they still function as seems a common issue. If had the time would find regulator to report to who could hopefully impose a fine.

Good video but no customer service

Ordered a Tim Oliver (David Brent) video. Then i read all the bad reviews and was sceptical that i would receive it. It arrived next day and was great. I did send a message to customer support with a small query before i received video but never got a reply so i think i would use the other celebrity video site in future as i dont think you would get any help if you had a problem.

Non-existent customer service and search facility doesn't work

I am on Memmo but I've had nobody request videos. When I checked I couldn't search for myself! A colleague of mine is on there and I couldn't search for him either! The support is non existent, even for talent. There is one unmonitored email address and despite several pleas for help nothing is done. I'm now on a rival video messaging service.

Absolutely awful!!!!!

Absolutely awful!!!!!! Took my money, wrong name mentioned and when I email them I get the same generic reply, and then nothing! Robbing bastards and absolutely awful customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
Still no refund after over two months.

Non-Existant Support

My video was never actually delivered. The guy uploaded an apology video and said he'd upload a real video later and never did. I emailed support a month and a half ago and three follow-ups and no response. In fact, I have a read receipt app on my email and it shows they have never even opened any of the emails. THE WORST.

Company went bankrupt in August 2023

Company went bankrupt in August 2023. Still was able to do a few videos on 2024 until evening wrapped up. Now it’s finished, stay away. I ordered a video last month and they charged me and when my bank contacted them they refused the refund so my bank would not give my money bank and now memmo.me doesn’t respond, I just get their automated emails. Ridiculous Carry on!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGUE!!! THEY ARE ILLIGIMATE, RUDE THEIVES!!!
I ordered a 'get well' video from a Real Housewife of Cheshire for my partner who was recovering from a kidney transplant, to cheer him up. After seven days the video was not sent. I was offered another video with a free 24 hour delivery, but declined in favour of a refund. The refund was still not there after three weeks. I emailed but got an automated response saying they 'were busy'. I emailed three more times over the next two weeks and got the same automated response. I found them on Facebook and politely explained the situation and asked if they could help direct my enquiry. To my disgust, I received the 'crying with laughter' emoji back. Nothing else, just that. I am still waiting for my refund. To say that I am disgusted with this so-called company is an understatement.

wrong football team quoted

I have received an order for my mums 50th Birthday but the celebrity quotes the wrong football team in the video. I have emailed twice and no response. Time is running out and now I have no nice surprise for her.

SCAM

SCAM. No video, no refund, no support.

This has been an absolute disgrace. I paid for a personalized video, got NOTHING, and weeks later, still no refund.

They missed the deadline, never contacted me, and worst of all, their “support” is just a useless bot that keeps sending the same automated messages over and over again. Nobody actually helps you.

I feel completely ripped off.
They took my money, delivered NOTHING, and are now just ignoring me like it's no big deal.
This feels like a complete scam.

I will absolutely be filing a formal complaint and a chargeback.
Avoid Memmo like the plague – they do not deserve your trust, your time, or your money.

the memo app for talent doesn't work so…

the memo app for talent doesn't work so celebrities have no way of recording the video unless they own an iPhone. if they can't access the app, they also can't let the person who requested the video they can't do it. not the celebrities fault but memo support does very little to help the person who requested the video ro the celeb trying to send the video

Avoid - video sent with names wrong way round sender as birthday and birthday person as sender. No response for weeks from support.
