Ive been trying to get my refund back for 4 months now. They keep giving me the runaround about my case is in priority status. They never got a portrait from me due to a technical problem and they’re processing my order. What order?? There’s nothing to process.

DISGUSTING , no item , no replies, i hope anyone reading these reviews before they order take note DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY , or the next negative review left will be yours !!!!!!

Ordered in January and still have not received the figure, I have tried to contact them but they do not respond.

My partner ordered from Memoportrait in November 2025 as a Xmas gift. It's now March 2026 and yet to receive the item. We have not received any responses to email sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They’re scammers. I ordered something in November and have never received it

This company is a scam. Theydo not respond to enquiries apart from a genericwmail. I ordered 2 figurrs and recieved 1 that bares no resemblance to the picture supplied. 3 months of trying ro get an answer NOTHING. RIP OFF DO NOT BUY

I ordered mine in November 2025 they sent messages saying it was out for delivery 19 December later on that day I got a message has been delivered but wasnt delivered to me apparently fed x delivered it to wrong address I contacted fed x to be told they no nothing about it so I went back on to memo potraits who just kept sending me the same message back time after time telling me it wasn’t there problem now it’s fed x that’s dealing with it now as the order number is wrong which I know it isn’t I find it absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with doing something so horrible and hurtful as personal gift as this was for my mum’s birthday it was a statue of my dad I find it heartless and these people shoul be punished by law for all the money they took off people and all the heartache they have cause many family’s I feel this has been a SCAM and people should stay well clear of this site

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Almost 200, no proof of shipment after ordering in November.
They show delivery and I don't even have shipping info.
They say contact FedEx but with no info FedEx can't help.
They keep saying "oh well, we'll create a ticket" but nothing is done.
SCAM of a company DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a gift for my daughter Novermber 1st 2025 and its January 4th 2026 and nothing. I have been emailing and they answered but same answer everytime. I'm going to put a stop payment on my account and hope to get my money back. I would not order from them at all. I feel scammed.

Placed order. Paid money! Received nothing! Reached out to memoportraits via email for assistance but none given. If your smart do not spend money with them,unless you want to be scammed!! BEWARE of this site! Stay away!!

Bought this in memory of my late wife i waited 7 weeks and paid almost £100 for it to arrive and it is the biggest let down yet it looks nothing like my wife and i at all not even my wifes tatoos looked right the looked like a paint brush was swiped on her forearm to show that there was a tattoo there and thenone on her upper arm looked half right it was so dissappointing even my children were upset with it

Wow I seen this and thought of my daughter in law as she lost her nephew ages 4 and thought this would be a good xmas gift , but as like every body else got no reply to emails , tracking update dont exist and makes me upset as they take people emotions and money very disrespectful and thoughtless , still not heard anything since we put the order in November

I ordered a 3D item for Christmas for my son. It was of his father who had passed. On 11/28 i received no notification that order was on the way ..,.LIES. LONG STORY SHORT THEY TOOK MY 53.00, I never received my product, no one answers emails, no phone number to call and literally no way to contact anyone. Believe me, I have worked on this for over two weeks with no communication or anything. I am now hoping to get my money back, reporting them to Better Business and will yell it LOUDLY that this company is a huge scam and PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Crap, crap and more crap. I got scammed. Paid a lot of money for a "bust" of my in-laws, who recently passed away. After months, I finally received it and it looks NOTHING like my in-laws. DO NOT SEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

I have been trying since I paid for my order back on the 8th November and have been trying to track the bloody order and they just keep sending the same email. We are very busy at the moment, but you will receive your order. Yes maybe we will, but when is that going to be, this year or never. You tell me.
Angry customer first time doing this and very disappointed and upset. This company has only been going since September 2025 I think well that should of warned me.

I've been waiting two months for an order. Asked for the order number once I had paid as website didn't produce an order number but the company didn't respond to my request. They couldn't find them order for a couple of days despite money coming out of my account.. Still no delivered. All you get is replies via email saying they are extremely busy and the order take 10 days to produce.. Strange that as the product was posted the following day.. To China.. If the tracking info is to be believed. Now the tracking states they couldn't deliver and will deliver the best day. That was 29th November. !!
I've had to take things further and hoping my bank will refund me

I sent this company a photo of my late father to get copied not once but 3 times. I waited a long time on it being delivered. When it was I was utterly disappointed the portrait looked nothing like my father. I was getting this as an anniversary present for my mum. I couldn't give her that. Please be careful as I think the adds they run show only good examples. Also when I complained they are telling me they don't give refunds.

I ordered a digital portrait of a relative from this company which promised expedited postage on receipt of orders. I have a tracking number which says the item is “on its way”. The company says the item is not on its way but is still on processing. I have contacted them three times and each time they say due to an excess of orders they have not been able to find to time to send my item to me. This is inexcusable and I want my money back - I have asked twice for a refund and they have ignored my request when answering my complaint and have now become quite belligerent towards me.
