As Canadians, we already have access to free medical care, which covers most of the lab tests included in your basic package—and even about 70% of those in the advanced package. What we’re really interested in are the add-ons, such as full body MRI, colonoscopy, and allergy testing, since wait times for these in Canada are quite long.
It would be much more valuable for us if the packages were flexible—allowing basic tests to be swapped for more relevant services. Otherwise, it doesn’t feel worth it for our situation.
We were informed that items can be removed from the package, but the price remains the same, while additional specialists and tests can only be added at extra cost. It would be greatly appreciated if you could make the packages more flexible for Canadian patients by allowing substitutions of less relevant tests for more specialized services.
5 stars to the coordination, transfers, interpreters team. Administration is all well streamlined! We loved the hospital look and experience.

I had a very good experience during my visit to the hospital yesterday. Everything was excellent, especially in the International Department. The lovely lady I was speaking with on WhatsApp was always kind, patient, and quick to answer all my questions. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free even before I arrived.

When I arrived everything was very well organised and professional. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The translator was amazing as well — she was very friendly, supportive, and made sure I understood everything throughout the whole procedure. That really helped me relax and trust the process.

A big thank you to Dr. Salim Salimov for the great work and attention to detail. You can really see the professionalism and experience in how everything is done. I’m very happy with the experience and excited to see the final results as my hair continues to grow.

This hospital Destroyed All My Plans for the HAIR Transplant. We scheduled the procedure couple of months ago and I finally came to Istanbul. Everything was different from what she described when I was still in Portugal.
1)All the surgery is performed by technicians, doctor involvement is almost 0
2)Doctor Sem**..(seems like the only doctor for the hair transplant) didn't seem like a completent professional when I came to the hospital to ask questions. She didn't speak english also.
3)The price was changed from what we ended up when i was still in my country. After arriving to Istanbul they gave me new price, explaining it's because I didn't make prepayment. First it was 1700$ - then became 2000$.
4)The clinic itself looks like a big chaos where you don't feel like someone will care about you after you pay money.
5) The biggest disaster was their Manager in the call center. She is resposible for lying as much as possible until you buy the flight ticket and come to this trap. When I finally arrived to Istanbul and came to see the clinic, I didn't have the best impression but was still ready to do the procedure because I was already there. But then she became very rude and disrespectful when we had a phone call, because I was already in Istanbul and will not go anywhere they thought...

The entire hair transplant process was very well organized and professional from start to finish. The medical staff explained every step clearly and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the procedure.

The hospital was clean, modern, and followed excellent hygiene standards. Post-treatment instructions were clear and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience that I would definitely recommend.

I had a beard hair transplant at Memorial Clinic on December 11th and my experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the moment you enter, the clinic feels more like a 5-star hotel than a hospital: spotless, well organized and extremely professional. The staff was kind, polite and very reassuring at all times. I was provided with an Italian interpreter right away, which made communication easy and stress-free throughout the entire process.

Everything was perfectly organized, from airport pickup and transfers to medical exams, hotel accommodation and the surgery itself. During the procedure I felt constantly looked after, with staff regularly checking on me and making sure I was comfortable.

After the operation, I received a complete post-op kit with medications, specific shampoos and even a dedicated pillow. Follow-up care has been excellent, with continuous remote support and check-ins. Any minor swelling disappeared within a few days and recovery is going very well.

My father-in-law also had a hair transplant at the same clinic and was equally satisfied.
I would absolutely recommend Memorial Clinic and would trust them again without hesitation.

The overall experience was just something, all the doctors who were responsible for the procedure are indeed very skilled at what they do, I'm really amazed how good they are.
The result was something I was not expecting at all, exceed my expectations by miles, and trust me, I had ZERO expectations.

The check up process was easy and went smoothly. Everyone working was helpful.

We want to raise awareness about a deeply troubling experience at Memorial Group Hospital. A close family member underwent surgery in late 2024 and returned in April 2025 due to ongoing pain and inflammation. Despite paying over $17,000, the results were disappointing and the treatment ineffective.
The implant device provided continues to malfunction causing severe discomfort. When we sought a second opinion, the consultant refused to comment on the initial surgeon’s work, and we were charged again without receiving any meaningful advice.
Doctors advised us to “wait 2–3 months,” but no improvement has occurred. We feel financially exploited and emotionally drained. The lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the medical staff is unacceptable. It seems the focus is more on profit than patient care.
We’re sharing this to warn others and to encourage accountability. No one should have to go through this kind of trauma after trusting a medical institution.

I was at the hospital with as care taker for my dad . The doctors were amazing,patient with explanation. Treatment was great and very thorough however after care follow-up especially for African patients is not great ,it’s like once you have left the hospital being able to get response from the hospital representatives is a struggle yet it’s vital for periodic reviews

They made me travel from the Netherlands without answering any of my questions; all they said was "come here" once I got there they had 0 experience in my case. They pushed back my health. India is capable of treating me but because Memorial robbed me and made me travel for no reason I dont have any longer the resources of traveling to India.

I recently had surgery at Memorial hospital and booked through a 3rd party, who was no help, which made me nervous about my surgery. Gülay @ Memorial Hospital was everything a patient could ask for and more. She is prompt. She listens to all of your concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. Even post-surgery, she continues to be there for you and gives her all. Anything we needed help with, she was there to offer a hand. I was missing a form when arriving to the airport, called her up, and within minutes she helped me. Everyone at Memorial should strive to be like her.

My mum received great care and guidance throughout, which really eased our worries. Yaren truly made the difference for us. From the moment we got there, she was by our side for everything — translating, setting up appointments, communicating with the doctors, arranging transport, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She accomplished so much, always with a smile and a positive attitude. She turned a days of medical check ups, into something easy and comfortable. The hospital was great, and thanks to Yaren, it turned into a memorable experience for us.
