I just received my order and the cards couldn't be more perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and enabled us to use photographs that were of personal importance to our father. Delivery was very quick and the cards are great quality. I would highly recommend this company.

Choosing a memorial/acknowledgment card company from the many such companies operating in the Irish market wasn’t easy. I chose Memorial Card Shop because of the autonomy and design choice they offered with their bespoke/self-design options. I had some teething problems in the early stages, and everything about the company’s response reassured me that I had chosen well and was in good hands. Every problem was resolved, every design query was addressed quickly, every communication was responded to without delay. The customer care was excellent, processing and dispatch were swift, and the print quality and finish of the cards we received were what we’d hoped for. Our experience with Memorial Card Shop has been entirely positive and I’m happy to recommend them.

I had some trouble designing the card myself - probably due to a problem at my end, so I asked for a little guidance.
After that, I simply had to choose my template, send in the text I wanted, and attach a photo.
I was absolutely delighted with the finished product, which turned out exactly as I wanted. The quality of the printed card was top notch - even better than I expected.

Avoid this company. The cards were of very poor quality, dull and blurry. When I contacted the company they responded aggressively straightaway blaming me for the poor design. They refused to offer any resolve or refund. They are not a registered company. I ordered more cards from another company which were half the price, excellent quality, came with little envelopes and free keyrings.

I wanted to design my own funeral bookmarks for my recently deceased brother, but in the US there is no card company that does this. I contacted them to ask if they would ship to the US, I was impressed that I spoke to an actual human being on their help chat, who told me this was no problem, I had 3 people help me, Sarah, Claire and Adam, these guys were so patient and really helpful. My cards are stunning and arrived in no time, my family are so pleased. Thank you!

I received my order of memory cards for my Dad today. As you all can probably understand it was very emotional opening your carefully packaged box, I was dreading the order arriving all morning, after a cry I finally looked at the cards. They are amazing, beautiful infact, exactly how our Dad would have wanted them, simple and elegant. You all did an amazing job and the print job was impeccable. I thank you all wholeheartedly for taking such care and attention to our order. I realise you receive lots of orders everyday, but each loved one lost is so special to the family making the order for memory cards, in most cases its a surreal thing to ever have to buy. You should be so proud of your business. It means there will be a little piece of our Dad in all our family and our friends homes, something to keep his memory alive for us all. Thank you again.
