I need to send one book back. I canceled one, guess it didn't go through. It is a duplicate. Where do I send it. Do not want or need both. I will review once this is resolved.

It arrived late, a month. I see the address was wrong, but the book is beautiful, of nice quality, and I love it. Thanks.

I am very happy with my book. Beautifully keeps all my memories for this year in one place. Have tried other companies and liked them but these are the best. Thank you.

The qualiti of book is good, but photos are a bit dark and faded.
There was also no comunication. Send many emails, but no answer. All in all, the book is here and memories are sorted and safe.

I ordered three albums on December 11 to use as Xmas gifts. It’s been a month and I have not received them even though my credit card was charged on December 12. I have contacted the company several times to see if they will resend the albums or refund the money with no luck so far as they have not replied.

Awesome to capture a years worth og memories. The number of pictures and layout were fantastic, this is the second year I have done this! It is to me imprtant to captute a years worth of memories in one book to share with famoly and friends

The Photo was very nice, and well designed

I was SO SO DISAPPOINTED in the heavy paper that you use that does not allow for : easy turning of pages pages, and NEVER lays flat so I may add footnotes to each precious photo!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOR SIT WITH SOMEONE SIDE BY SIDE AND SHARE!

The pages are not bound and are falling out. Very disappointed considering what I paid. Can there be some compensation on this.

The photo book was beautifully put together. Vibrant colors and great positioning. I thought it would be much larger for the amount I paid.

It was so easy to select the pictures from my phone. The book I created was a photographic summary of my wife and me during our month-long stay in Venice, Italy—a great way to show the kids and grandkids.

I've spent money and the product wasn't delivered. Send me 2 books and I'll deliver them myself...

I love my book! I thought pictures were a little dark but maybe that is because they were printed and not on line. The arrangement looks very professional. I ordered two more books of different events! So obviously pleased overall. Thank you!

The pictures were very good. But the size of the book was not what I was expecting. I’ve ordered from another company prior and all of my book sizes were 8 1/2 by 12 inches. This book is 8x8. My error if it was stated somewhere. I just chose the large book.

I want more control over picture collection, including cropping of photos, color correction, and adding additional photos. Also I would like to have a way to identify the photos, like a banner on the bottom of the page to label the pics above.
