Excellent product and service.

Excellent product, very well made and good value. Well packaged and delivered quickly in spite of its being just before Christmas. Easily navigated website and good customer support as I’d initially written the address wrongly. An altogether positive experience.

Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing. I confirmed my order for several frames but then instantly realised I made a mistake on one frame. I emailed customer service that night and received a reply first thing the following morning. Ali was able to support me with my issue and resolve my problem that day. I received my frames the following day, so quick! They were well wrapped, so no chance of damage in transit, and are great quality. Even though the mistake was all mine, I wasn’t charged any extra for it to be rectified. The experience has restored my faith in humanity. Thank you Ali, I’m a very happy lady.

I received my frame quickly after…

I received my frame quickly after ordering, wrapped well to prevent transit damage, good quality. If I had to give a negative then the inside frame measurement was off, luckily I was able to trim the artwork going into the frame, but if I couldn't have it wouldn't have fit...overall I'm happy

Lovely website

Lovely website, great product. I was amazed by the choice available and the frame I choose was as good in real life. The delivery was quick and the frame arrived well packed.

Expensive for poor quality

Ordered two photo frames which arrived reasonably quickly but did take longer than expected.

When the frames arrived they were so light that we thought we’d only received one. But we had both! They were very flimsy and lightweight and the plastic used instead of glass was barely thicker than the film that covered it - it was very flimsy indeed. The quality was very disappointing given the premium price they charge. I gave two stars because I felt guilty giving only one. We had bought a set of frames from another famous seller - these were half the price and infinitely better quality.

As with many companies they asked for feedback. Unfortunately the link didn’t take me to anywhere to give feedback. Shame they can’t even get that right.

Overall very disappointed with the quality and the price. Will not be going back.

No contact and items not received

Paid £15 for overnight shipping, no update on order-status a week later, even though I'd contacted Memory-box's contact email multiple times. Contact number is disconnected, and the only way to reach them is via email or through their form. Shipping to a London address shouldn't be this difficult, nor should garnering a response from the business.

No order no refund

Placed an order on 30th July for X5 frames and a couple of prints costing £100+.

A few hours later received an automated email stating supplier delays mean order won't be dispatched until 11.08 do I want to wait with a 10% refund or cancel for a full refund.

I opted for a 10% refund as I really need a specific size frame however 2 weeks later and I still have not received it. I've had no communication to say the order has now been dispatched since 11.08.

It's impossible to find a contact number on the website and I have sent an email with no reply.

I will will wait a few more days if not will have to request a chargeback via my bank.

Disappointed and I would not recommend.

Awful service

Awful service! Immediately after I placed the order I get a generic covid style email (this is a Saturday evening so the office wouldn’t be open)…supplier delays etc etc, we now can’t deliver and it’s an extra 10 day wait.

The options were refund or 10% discount off the order.

I replied and said to take the discount, they cancelled my order and then blamed me because of their mistake in cancelling (I said 10% refund so Ali took that as full refund).

I naturally informed that they’d made a mistake in cancelling and was told to re-order but I’d have an even more extended lead time!

The whole thing is weird and just feels very unprofessional. I wouldn’t waste your time and just find a more established and reliable supplier for your frames!

Uncontactable and missing order!

Paid extra for saturday delivery but it never turned up. Finally got hold of memory box (after telephone number on their site being disconnected and no one replying to email) and they said they would send the following day. Still not received my order and no emails to confirm it has even been dispatched. Starting to think this is a fraudulent company. DO NOT USE
