Comfortable but crazy heavy mattress and inflexible return policy
I purchased a Unisson 8" Latex mattress.
The ordering phase was smooth. The delivery took way longer than the announced 7 to 10 business days.
Mario, the manager was very responsive and available.
The mattress arrived in good shape without damage.
Sleeping on it has been great so far. Great support without being too firm. really comfortable.
Now there are very important points you need to consider before paying for one:
- The mattress is extremely heavy. The one I ordered weighs 56kg net of packaging and was a nightmare to handle and to put on the bed.
You need to be 100% sure your bed will support it and you will be able to manipulate it without breaking your back.
- There is no return possibility after 24 hours of the order! After I realized my bed may not support the weight of the mattress I asked to cancel the order as I had not receive it yet but the answer was a simple No. Considering this costs an arm, you better be 100% sure this is the one you want else you will be stuck with it even before it reaches your place.
