The attention to detail and excellent customer service really marks this company out. I had trouble with the website when it wouldn't accept my payment, but was able to speak with Pammi on the phone. She took my order, made it immediately and posted it the same day. I received it less than 24 hours after ordering it. The locket is beautiful and the charms make it unique and personalised.
