I am very pleased with my PC and the service I received when speaking to their support team. After 18 months I had an issue with my motherboard, without any fuss, they replaced not only the motherboard, but sent me a full kit including new i7 processor, now that`s service. Well done Memory PC

I have ordered a very high end gaming PC from them and really happy with their Services. I am recommending to buy gaming PC from here as they give you options to build ur own PC.

The computer wasn't working, and I needed the computer right away so I didn't use the warranty where I should have returned the PC to Germany and waited weeks so I went to a repairman. And PC Memory refuses to reimburse me for the repair costs (only 30 euros when I paid 1650 euros for the computer). Scandalous!

Brilliant experience… easy to configure the perfect PC. Payment was easy too. The best thing was the communication by email and the order info online. When you’re paying lots of money you want assurance that everything is fine, and this company was brilliant. My son was super happy and I would recommend this site!!

Super quick delivery, secure packaging, all components installed correctly, great cable management, overall very nice.
The only problem I had was that the PC I ordered was prone to overheating until I installed more fans.

Hello, I'm very happy with my order, an evolution kit for PC: delivered as intended and items at the best quality over price possible. I must add that I received a very good surprise: the CPU et the RAM was already installed properly. Amazing! I'll recommend MemoryPC for sure.

I just bought my second PC with memorypc.de and this one is even better build quality than the already well-done first. Cable management is perfect, Windows is already up-to-date, drivers are up-to-date, no bloatware. Not to mention their prices are virtually unbeatable. Folks at memorypc if you read this - I love what you are doing, bless you!

I have no complaints about Memory PC, of course, subject to price fluctuations (the rise in the price of RAM and the price of GPUs), but it is not their fault. Impeccable after-sales service, very high availability, which shames the French "competition", no nothing to say.

Serious company. A bit long for the delivery, I received my PC, unfortunately it does not turn on, a phone call to customer service and they sent me back a new PC immediately. I received the new one quickly and worked perfectly. I recommend MemoryPC for its prices and customer service.

GPU Problems!

I ordered a 1700€ PC for work and some gaming. The PC worked really fine with working, until I started with games, the PC crashes and reboots. It was the GPU, I did a RMA for GPU and they sent me a second one. After a bit, I started to play a game on it, and again crashed. I tried everything to debug and see what‘s happening, from running in clean boot, reinstalling the GPU drivers, resetting windows, and even reinstalled it, still everything points to the GPU. I sent an email again regarding the matter, and I still haven’t received a response. Two GPUs came defective, I understand the first time, but also the second time. So far I’m not pleased with this. Still waiting..

I bought a computer with the estimated arrival for 28/01, it's already 04/02, and I still don't know when I will receive the product. When I asked them by email, they stopped me from answering.

I had to call them, which they told me it would be sent by yesterday, they were almost finishing the production step which didn't happen.
So, they suddenly answered my email with a default response, in German (I sent in English), saying that my computer is under "production" without shipment estimation. Which means the person in the phone lied to me.

So, do not trust this company.

pc acquistato ad ottobre in tempo di lockdown, il prezzo era uno dei migliori in rete. Hanno avuto qualche problema con i tempi di consegna, ma il periodo non era dei più facili. Ottimo imballaggio e ottimo assemblaggio dei componenti, non ho ad oggi avuto nessun problema. Consiglio questo venditore.

pc bought in October in time of lockdown, the price was one of the best on the net. They had some problems with delivery times, but the period was not the easiest. Excellent packaging and excellent assembly of the components, I have not had any problems to date. I recommend this seller.
