I'm in the same situation as every other person who has ordered. I also contacted Facebook and reported them as fraud and scam. I then received an email like every one else that said the same thing. How's does Facebook allow this to happen without looking into the company's that post adds on their site.

**Update** I just received tracking info, almost a month and a half after placing order. They have also offered a 20%refund for the inconvenience. I'll update if/when my order arrives. Continue to be firm with them everyone!
I have emailed them several times. At first, I just received the same auto-response as everyone else. I sent another email asking to cancel the order and receive a full refund. I stated, "any failure to respond to this email will confirm that this company is a scam and will be reported". It took several days, but they finally responded. They apologized, explained that the holidays are a busy time, and they've gotten backed up. The rest of the email was the same auto-response. I replied, "This is the 4th email in which you've said my order has been sent to shipping. The first time was over two weeks ago. Why should I believe you?" They responded right away, apologized some more, then promised me a tracking number within 5-7 business days, in addition to 15 percent off for all of the inconvenience. They also promised if they fail to provide the tracking number in 5-7 days, they will refund my money in full. I will update soon...

Update: I received my 3 pairs of socks on Jan 14. The quality of the custom cat socks were actually pretty good! The baby face Christmas socks were not as good because the image was blurry. Too bad they didn't get here in time for Christmas. Customer service eventually got back to me and updated me on the tracking number. It was not a scam....just backed up due to the holidays I guess. (Pic of socks in the profile)
I ordered another pair from divvyup socks and got them fairly quickly and the quality was excellent so I suggest checking them out.

Ordered socks over a month ago. Emailed to see if they had been shipped as They are supposed to be a Christmas present said they were sent to ship but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a tracking number. Emailed again and was told the shipping company lost them and they were making them again. Again no tracking and emailed for my money back and had no response. Don’t waste your money! SCAM! Not impressed at all!
