My wife (who shops here regularly) asked to change tights. She bought them 1 week ago but couldn't find her receipt. She wanted a simple exchange and the assistant who knows her REFUSED. She quoted MENARY POLICY. No receipt, no exchange. ABSOLUTELY ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Why have the staff in the newtownards, northern Ireland store not been sacked yet ?! They were rude to myself and my friends when we came in asking for advice on clothing to purchase for a wedding. Staff were unhelpful last year but I thought I’d give them one more chance. The supervisor couldn’t have been more abrupt and unhelpful and was more interested in going for her lunch than helping. No need to be so unpleasant to paying customers
My elderly parents were in the store today to return an item after being told before Christmas that they had 28 days to return it. This member of staff was ridiculously ignorant and rude to them and repeatedly argued that it was 14 days and wouldn't give them a refund despite them having the receipt.
My mum asked to speak to a manager and she snapped at her that she was the supervisor.
Upon leaving the store, she shouted at my parents ".Don't be coming back here" very loudly and aggressively in front of other customers who also heard her. I have to say I'm absolutely disgusted with this behaviour!
My parents have been shopping at this store for years and spent almost £500 in it in December alone on Christmas presents.

Menarys are faking their prices. Saying a kettle is worth 70 pounds and that they have put it down to 30 but you can really buy it on Amazon or other places for 27 pounds retail price. Won't be buying from them again.
