Terrible quality and customer service! They only offer 30 day guarantee, which shows they don't trust their own product. Now I know why. After 33 days, I found out a diamond was missing and I had to pay for repairs.

Super responsive on Instagram messages, very friendly and helpful. The ring looks absolutely gorgeous (got the Alize from the Antwerp Collection) and the size is perfect. I will keep an eye on Menina's jewelry from now on, it's worth it.

I bought a beautiful vintage ring from Menina and I am so happy with it. The ring is exactly like in the pictures (actually even more beautiful when wore) and I experienced the most amazing customer service experience.
I wrote them on Instagram to get some information and they were always super fast in answering and always helpful. I also forgot to use the midseasonsale discount when I bought my ring and I simply sent a message. In a couple of day I got refunded for the difference. The delivery was also very well arranged. The package came on time and I had to sign the receipt. Immediately after I got an email that the ring was delivered. The jewels are extremely beautiful and the service impeccable. I think I will buy something again very soon.

The ring was gorgeous, the details of the ring were flawless and the resizing was perfectly done.
I had a problem with applying the correct size for the resizing and I didn’t notice( The resizing was chosen to be the actual size of the ring), but less than an hour after placing my order they called me and clarified the details and the great thing was that I ended up choosing a different size with their help which was perfect.
