Good first workout. I was confused until I figured out that the instructions and illustrated moves were not the workout. Well-presented, though.

I just went through the questionnaire on their website. Before I purchased, I thought I'd look for some reviews, and found these. I'm still waiting for the email...
67 reviews since the middle of April, most just short sentences which make little reference to actual weight loss. One even thanks menletics.com for their mobile phone recommendation, and the 'response' just thanks them. Another jokes they just lost 'pounds (£)', clearly meaning they lost money, not weight - and the response congratulates them on their progress. Even the responses from menletics seem fake and AI generated!
Please, save your money - do not buy this product!
I have never seen a site with such a clearly fake review profile.

It was reasonable until all the add-ons kept trying to push the expenditure up .. product cost creep!!
