Bought a Menopod hoping for relief when the next cycle of hot flashes would come. Flashes came two months later.
The gadget turned on but nothing happened. It stayed the same temperature as when it was off.
I wrote two emails to their customer service. One to explain the problem; that I had charged the device as indicated and all the green lights indicating a full charge where on but there was no temperature change to their copper plate. I said that I was willing to exchange to give it a second chance.
The second email was to ask for a return label and reimbursement since I had no help. Complete silence on their part. The end. Maybe I’ll smash it with a hammer for relief.
