Let's be honest. Product is not that great. it look lot of effort and extremely high time to shave the head.

The sales team (comprised of Max G. himself) is most accommodating. I ordered products on six occasions and have been completely satisfied five times. I was disappointed only when a substitution would not be made for my 100% Pure Badger Bristle Shaving Brush liquidation order, despite having received a written confirmation. Free shipping and three samples with each order is a rare pleasure.

Having ordered a number of things over the past three years from Men's Direct, I can honestly say that I've never had a single issue and I've always been a satisfied customer. Their products truly are quality and with every order you're given three free samples that you will actually use to see if another brand might suit you or not. You never pay for shipping (which is a huge incentive) regardless of cost or how much you purchase. My orders arrive when they are supposed to in the condition they were described to be in. I highly reccomend Men's Direct and will continue to purchase from them again.

I purchased a brush and comb for my grandson as a gift. At the moment he's not "into" keeping his curly hair un-tousled. So it wasn't his favorite present! But he did think the comb that works like a switch-blade was "cool" and his adult relatives appreciated the quality of both items. I know the day is coming when he will be spending a lot of time in front of a mirror trying to get just the right look, and at that point he will appreciate his nifty grooming tools.
