Cheap tat from China really awful material . Bought a mens coat. My local market have better quality clothes. Avoid this company. Also they are not responding to our emails.

I’d gave star as it actually arrived! It looks like a dolls jacket made out of felt, it’s supposed to be a man’s size small and my husband can’t even get it on. Not that he’d ever wear it, it’s felt material, shoddily sown so that’s £120 down the drain for disgusting, cheap nasty clothes from china took a month to arrive SCAM!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a jacket that took ages to arrive, so I had to order from elsewhere in the meantime, I sent it back for a refund, but I haven’t heard anything back. They're ignoring my emails and providing no updates. They’re not based in the UK and seem to use cheap products from China. Terrible customer service and a complete scam—don’t waste your money!

Ordered two men's waistcoats. They arrived a month after ordering. Upon opening the items the awful quality was apparent. I tried one of them on and a button immediately fell off. Needless to say I am returning this cheap and nasty Chinese made trash items and seeking a refund.

Bought a leather man’s laptop bag, massive mistake, goods supposed by here today, still in China, also if you want to track your package, you need to pay £1 for tracking through another dodgy site, can’t get any response from initial purchase right through till today . AVOID MASSIVE FRAUD

The one star is for the marketing, but AVOID The Men's Room UK at all costs. I wish I'd read the comments on here before ordering and parting with my money. The adverts look good, but that's as far as it goes. The office is NOT in the UK, the goods (if they ever existed) come from China, and they do not respond to any communication. I'm at a loss to understand why they are still allowed to advertise.

Don’t fall for it! Terrible company, ordered a jacket which took 7 weeks to arrive. Opened package and found it was at least 2 sizes too small, no actual size label!! Tried to return to swap or refund no response. Absolute con!!

Ordered a coat it was too small and cotton hanging from it I contacted seller who said send it back so I paid and returned coat and they refused delivery and no refund buyer beware. I will be contacting my card issuer for a refund

I ordered a winter coat from this site and thought I’d receive it quickly as it stated its a UK based company. THAT IS NOT TRUE , THEY ARE CHINA BASED COMPANY. HAD I KNOWN THAT I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM , 1 THE SHIPPING TIME IS TO LONG AND 2 THE QUALITY OF THE JACKET WILL BE CHEAPLY MADE . DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE .

Importance of looking up companies before ordering from them.

Should have run for the hill when I saw “5-9 business days” what is even that and who says business days in the UK.

Anyway long story short, it’s an absolute scam of a company from china that somehow have managed to have a business registered in the UK conning people.

Get your money back through your bank and move on if you’ve already ordered if not PLEASE close the page and delete your browsing history.

PS: By the way if the admin of Trustpilot is reading this, just know they’ve got a fake rating on their website with over 6500 reviews 4 star “Excellent” with your logo all over it.

Unfortunately a complete scam, do not order from this company wish l would have done my due diligence and researched prior to my order.
Goods eventually arrived after 4 weeks, l ordered XL being 44 chest which they recommended. The item delivered would not fit someone who was extra Small complete farse.

Absolutely terrible do not buy from here.
Coat took a month to come arrived damaged and is not what was advertised.
Cheap and nasty.

Ordered 2 so called cashmere fitted sweaters waited god knows how long for them to arrive(from china)having claimed to be a uk based company,what I got was 2 oversized baggy nylon sweaters,absolutely pathetic!!! They have 100% ripped me off and obviously I will not be giving these crooks the dripping off the end of my nose ever again

Chinese based company that don’t let you return the item when you eventually receive it.
They just offer a small discount off your next purchase.
Will never buy from this fraudulent company again as they don’t give you the returns address even after 5 emails asking for it.
Item was supposed to be work boots.
The sole is so fine that you can feel every stone through them (cheaper than cheap Chinese cra*)

Definitely not UK based like advertised. Took almost 1 month to arrive.. after reading all the bad reviews I gave up being excited for the item to arrive and as read in previous comments this item that stated was £120 half price down to £59 is definitely not worth the £59 that I paid for it. Cheap material and no label. This company is definitely making a fortune on cheaply made clothing

This is a scam website. Ordered premium leather shoes. They took 2 months to arrive and I could not believe the poor quality when they arrived. They were made from felt rather than leather and the soles were made from foam. They arrived in a vacuum sandwich bag. So so so disappointed. Emailed them to ask for a refund and they offered me a 15% refund. Actually based in China even though their website says based in the Netherlands. So angry. I am going to report them to trading standards and the bank.

SCAM COMPANY - Paid £50 for a jacket to receive a cheap knock off from China. Emailed them multiple times to return - No Reply!!!!!
