I'm just not sold that this isn't just a money grab from desperate people
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Was fast!!!!!!!
Misleading practices
I feel I was tricked into a subscription for over $40. I thought I was paying for a test result only for $1.95. Needless to say I was shocked at a charge for $39.95 saying it was an end of a 3 day trial. Very misleading. I have not used the site since. I feel I just threw away over $40. But thank you. I will never fall for a scam like this again. Shame on you. If you have to mislead people to get customers, that says a lot about your company. I have filed a complaint with BBB.
legalized scamming!
I normally never leave reviews but this genuinely annoyed me.
I took this “FREE ADHD TEST” just out of curiosity, like I’m pretty sure most people do. Nobody is trying to professionally diagnose themselves from some random website 😭
So you spend all that time answering 98 QUESTIONS, and only at the very end they ask you to pay 1 euro. Which obviously makes it look like a one-time thing, because why would anyone expect a subscription from something advertised as FREE?
Then later you realize it automatically starts some trial/subscription situation.
And yes, technically they mention it somewhere, but what they DON’T properly tell you is that getting a refund is basically impossible once you’ve viewed your results, because that counts as “using the service.”
So what exactly were people paying for then ??????
The whole thing just feels super misleading and intentionally designed that way. Very weird business practices honestly.
Good insight
People are taken advantage of
The transparency regarding the membership and billing is lacking. I believe they take advantage of people.
